Nancy is the most RUDE customer service person I have ever encountered. Had an issue that was 100 percent a post office issue. Nancy stated " well it was the machine's fault". Nancy has been very RUDE and unhelpful on several other occasions. Save yourself the headache and mail your packages from another location.

Love the employees. Very helpful! Answer questions when you ask. If you have any issues they resolve them quickly! Enjoy seeing them whenever I come in.
