Nancy is the most RUDE customer service person I have ever encountered. Had an issue that was 100 percent a post office issue. Nancy stated " well it was the machine's fault". Nancy has been very RUDE and unhelpful on several other occasions. Save yourself the headache and mail your packages from another location.
