It's a relief when something goes wrong on equipment & answers come immediately from shop & owners. Home time is when drivers want it. Being a female, I'm treated with more respect then I've ever been with a trucking company. They hired my sister with much less years of trucking & experience then I have & when things go wrong with equipment, Joe one of our owners. Is fantastic at helping her understand & teaching her.
