She spent 6 hours and 42 minutes in one sitting to help untangle the mess that nation retail made for her and our account. In the end I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided. She definitely went the distance and makes me proud to have choosen a company that has such an elite employee that cares about you as a friend or family member.I kid you not when I say the situation was a mess, please don't get your US Cellular phones or service through Walmart. It is a headache and not the same as going into an actual US Cellular location.
