Poor communication and inconsistencies causing delays. They don't seem to know what they're doing. Dog was determined to need meds and was written a long-term prescription for them, but they refuse to fill them on their online pharmacy site. Yet you can buy them in person at the office - for an inflated price. They have you do blood work tests, then leave you hanging for days even though they have results in 24 hours. You have to stay on them with phone calls otherwise they won't bother following up. They tell you to go ahead and order the meds, and that they will immediately approve them, but they don't. Then they tell you that MORE blood work tests are needed. More office visits. The receptionist at the counter does not seem to know how to do her job as she's constantly asking others what to do. It all has caused delays, inconvenience, and lack of confidence. I am not alone here as I've heard from others that many in the area have left this vet because of this. I am going elsewhere.

I've been taking my threw dogs there since 2017. A few years ago, the practice changed hands, and the vet is now Dr Erin Conrad-Schwarte. Erin does a great job of caring for my dogs diagnosing their issues. The team at the clinic is caring and listens to your needs.Highly recommended

Dr. Erin Conrad-Schwarte demonstrated competent care and compassion in diagnosing dog issues and addressed such without pushing other unnecessary expenses at us. Dog is doing better now :) I am concerned about the cats roaming the office (never seen this at any vet office; feels a bit unprofessional, possibly a contamination risk?).

Great place! Really friendly team working when we took two of our 4 dogs in. They understood that we are trying to get everyone back up to date on there shots and didn’t judge us for not being perfect.
