“Ran out of gas on a busy stretch of road towing a trailer. Called Hansen and they arrived promptly to get us going, then followed us to the next gas station to make sure we got there ok. At the station he pulled me aside to point out 4 missing lug nuts on my trailer wheel! If he hadn't caught this we would for sure have lost the wheel and who knows what would happen after that at freeway speeds. Grateful for the great service!”
