I recently Purchased a new garage door and opener. I experienced nothing but professional service, their customer service Was fantastic, The guys who installed my garage door were quick professional very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, I would highly recommend overhead door sales and service. Customer service at their main office was equally professional and very friendly. Thank you overhead door for a job well done.

I recently purchased a home that had replaced garage doors about 2 years prior to selling the home. One door kept falling off upper track multiple times the first week of owning the home. It appeared to be an installation issue. The info and date of installation could be found right on the door. The company came right out and was on sight about 15 minutes and solved the issue. Customer service was great. Nicole asked detailed questions over the phone and they were out to fix it in no time. Thanks for great customer service.

Overhead door was so quick and responsive when our garage door broke on a Friday afternoon- within 20 minutes Nathan was at our house and had it fixed another 20 minutes from then! Highly recommend! Thanks, Nathan!

I called them to have my garage door fixed, they didn’t look at what I told them to look at all they did was adjust my sensors said it’s fixed and left like they had something else to do 2 days later same issue garage door wouldn’t close and charged me 74$ for not doing there job. #worst first impression #worst experience will never call again.(STILL NOT FIXED)

Our new house received it's "finishing touch" thanks to Overhead Door Sales and Service. They were prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves and fit the doors to meet my parent's specifications. They've also come after-hours to assist my grandparents when their door as exhibiting issues. I highly recommend them!

We purchased our garage doors, and the experience started well. The doors were installed and looked good. However we have an issue when they installed the doors their installation team cut corners and did not make sure the load supporting members of the garage were secure, as we were backing our vehicle out of the garage the garage door fell onto our car. I contacted overhead door and they came right out to look at the problem and fix it, however this is where the problem lies. The door and car suffered damages i was told by management it was our fault because it looked like we backed into the garage door while backing out. I reassured them this was not the case the door fell on top of the car and there was no damage to the inside of the door only a compression dent on the outside of the door and a scratch. I emailed them again they came out and said it looks like one of the old support members gave way and that was not their problem, I asked well I hired you to install the door professionally. I was then told they dont check that if it was there before they just re attach to the same structure assuming it is OK, i wonder what they do with new construction homes and still not their issue and sent me a quote for 2 new panels. The buck was always being passed as if it was our fault they have very poor customer service skills after the sale so buyer beware, I guess this company and the ownership is only concerned in lining their pockets and not doing a proper job. I own my own business and this would never pass as good customer service in my company yes unfortunately mistakes happen and you need to take one on the chin I know I have because right is right and wrong is wrong. I would not recommend this company due to poor service after the sale, and I will make sure everyone I run into know not to use them.

Overhead Door was so very prompt and professional when they installed the garage doors in our new house. They took extra time to adjust the windows to allow them to be to our specifications. The team was prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our garage door openers were programmed and they followed up to see that everything was working! I'd recommend Overhead Door Sales & Service to anyone looking for doors.
