Rooms were clean and tidy, but hard to find elevators or the hotel bar. No USB in the rooms for charging, so make sure to bring traditional chargers. Front desk seemed like they really didn't want to be there, but were prompt with check in. The door to the Waterfront looks like an emergency exit. There are a lack of signs everywhere. Walked by the elevators several times. Did like the outdoor balconies though. Walls are very thin though. You can hear everyone in ajoining rooms and the hallways.
Advice to Management: Please labels areas better, even if it's just an overhead sign. By far, that was the most frustrating part of the whole experience.

Failure to execute credit card authorization puts this resort in the same bucket as many others. Hard to get good help these days.

Omg I really loved my stay here
Was only 2 nights and a day but let me tell you …PaulaKae was exceptional don’t quote me if I spelt your name wrong dear❤️I enjoyed my stay because of you. You guys should give her a raise tbh the Room was so clean and tidy. Other times I would have to call to get the room cleaned again before entering
Wow Until now I am still wishing for a next visit!!! Excellent customer service too. My husband will definitely leave a review because he was the one who spoke with her. The other employees are a bit rude but that’s okay. I will still come back

I had a great stay here at this fine resort. The customer service was top-notch, especially from Miss Paula-Kay Gobourne. She is a great representative of the establishment. Great Customer Service.

Honest review. We went here with the family as I was on business in the area. We went fully knowing the poor reviews and figured- how bad could it be. We thought Bridges Bay was awesome! We stayed in the other bldg. in a 2 bedroom room and it was like new in our opinion. The girls loved their bedroom and the king bed on our side was terrific. We went to the pool which was great, the water park inside was fine (probably more for small kids) and the waterslides and zipline outside were terrific!! We all thought it was great. The restaurant on the lake is very nice but resort price so just be aware- it's not cheap. We got bunches of clean towels every day and I did interact with the front desk staff and the manager. They were all very kind and helpful for whatever I needed. I thought the manager who was a female (can't remember her name) was particularly nice.
We had a great time here and would definitely stay again. 5 stars Bridges Bay. Thanks--

So we are having a beautiful relaxing night with perfect weather, have a tent, chairs mosquito lanterns.....and suddenly at 11:50pm the sprinkler system kicks on and soaks everything we have!!! Talk about an inconvenience! Maybe try setting your sprinklers on at like 3 in the morning. And on top of it we have been sitting a soaking wet lawn all day already. This is at the blue little cabins by the way. So unfortunate!!!!

Room was not very clean, beds are very uncomfortable, staff do not do their job of keeping people quiet after hours, you can hear people in hallways like they in the room with you. For a king suite and a hefty price with it, this is a horrible resort. My opinion after getting 3hrs sleep due to noise.

Stayed in one of their boat cottages: would NOT recommend. One of the bedroom doors didn't shut, no wifi, and an extremely long walk with no direct path to the main resort (water park, lobby, etc). There was also a stain in the middle of the quilt/comforter, hard to not notice. No business center available in the main building, other than a desk in the middle of the hallway. Very disappointed with these issues given the price. Also note that they are far from the lake. If you want accessibility, do not choose the boat cottages.
Walkability: Far from the main resort with no direct path/sidewalk. You have to walk through the grass and parking lot or along the road (which is extremely indirect).

Check in went okay. Room is okay. Waterpark is fine, though super crowded and no management of who is doing what. They ran out of tubes all the time and kids ran wild with no supervision. Arcade was broken. Staff was willing to do the minimum to help or nothing and kept saying people weren't there. No housekeeping. No maintenance. No medical staff. My mother in law fell and they called me but no staff wanted to help they were just like " oh the people who could aren't here" and we had to go ourselves to get help from a lifeguard. Thankfully another guest called 911. The staff just tossed an incident form at us and never checked in again and when I went to talk to them the front desk the next day the staff had no idea what I was talking about. Also the do NOT have ev charging or a place to charge, there is no way you can charge at the outlet at the zipline. There are chargers in town, one at the Toyota dealer and one at the oakwood inn.
Rooms: We booked a 4 room condo which ended up being 3 hotel rooms combined. It was a weird layout and not great. Not the cleanest and there was a fishhook in our bedding.
Nearby activities: There is a local theatre, lots of places to eat, beaches, boating and an amusement park.
Safety: Everything is old, a lot of wobbly railings, and loose rugs. Almost no medical staff.
Walkability: Not super close walk to other stuff but easy walk to the pool and arcade.
Food & drinks: Restaurant here is good. Snacks and bar at the pool as well.

We waited in line for over an hour to pay almost $30/ person for an underwhelming, overcrowded swimming pool!
