Great experience with Verizon store in Ankeny. Never understood why vendors treat existing customers differently than new ones. Existing cellular company no trade-in value on old Samsung. Verizon, $1000 credit. Easy choice to switch. Great job by Jerome to find me the best deal!

Once gain Wireless World in Ankeny has made my process of getting the new IPhone quick and easy. Answered all my questions and got me in and out fast like always. I wont buy cell phones from anywhere else. These salespeople are better than the actual Verizon stores by far.

Every time I’ve gone into this Verizon location it’s been smooth sailing. There are other locations in Ankeny but every time I’ve gone to those it’s been long waits and employees that don’t know much. Not here at Wireless world. Every time I’ve gone in I’m welcomed first thing I walk in the door and most of the time I can get right in as they have more than a employee working which is awesome. Very pleased with their knowledge and selection of inventory at this location. It is my one stop for when I have to purchase a new phone.
