The store in Ankeny was clean and the help knew where to find the products. They have a very large supply of anything you might need.

Why is it so hard to get a bottle refund at the checkout? Again, had to take the ticket to customer service to get reimbursed. A multi-billion company can't figure it out. Kind of pathetic!

Customer service counter closes at or before 10pm preventing returns or exchanges. Door greeter was unaware of this and left me standing waiting. Poor experience and a major disappointment.
Otherwise it is walmart, this should manage your expectations and keep them rather low.

I love this Walmart it's not too far away from my house and they have nice workers who are willing to help us customers.
