Cutting hours, not having the meds on hand. The two lane drive thru always packed or closed. No more 24 hours what a joke. They say there going to fill and it takes more than 5 hours even with there dispensing pharmacy.Pharmacy staff is rude on the phone and in person.Service has gone down hill and doesn’t look like it will come back.Thanks for making peoples lives worse not better!!

Always short staffed. You may have to wait 15-20 minutes before somebody will even come to the photo counter to give you help. If you ask for help at the front counter and they tell you they’re understaffed too busy and it’ll be over when they can.

The drive threw for pharmacy and for pickup inside orders the wait is over 30mins long this has got to be the worst place to go and get your medicine I get being short handed but this is just terrible when you have screaming kids in the car as well to add to it

Make sure to check pharmacy hours. They are different from the regular store hours.

Braden in pharmacy was exceptional in helping me and my husband with COVID testing for our upcoming trip. He went out of his way to look up other state guidelines, was very patient and helped us out in a time crunch. This man deserves a raise, he’s amazing!

You get a reminder that your prescription is ready for pickup. You go there and it hasn't been filled yet. It's always something with these people. They need to get there act together.

Very disappointed in the lack of convenience with the in store pickup and pharmacy drive thru. It seems to take more than 20 minutes by the time you wait in line and receive your order. My most recent experience was with the pharmacy drive thru where there wasn't even an attendant present at the window. Not to mention the decrease in the drive thru hours available. It seems they need to address their pharmacy staffing needs and invest in ways to streamline the customer's experience.

I went to Walgreens to redeem my rewards before they expired. I was told that I had only one dollar. This has happened two other times. I will only pick up my prescriptions. All my other shopping will be done at target and cvs.i feel the rewards are just a way of getting you in the store.

This Walgreens is pretty much like every other Walgreens I have been in to. There is a good selection and variety of products. You can purchase everything from seasonal decorations, beauty products, medications, grocery items, batteries and small electronics, to pharmaceutical items. There is a lot of stuff packed into this store. The store is clean and well maintained. They have their own parking lot with plenty of spaces. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, this store provides everything you would expect from the Walgreens brand.

Company screwed up my ship-to-store order. It was shipped but store said they couldn't find it in the system even though the box was sitting right in front of them. Called customer service, and after three different people found one that said there are TWO DIFFERENT SYSTEMS, one for the shipping, one for the local. No one would take responsibility for screwing up. Big pain. And someone explain why it's cheaper to buy things ship-to-store than to actually buy them IN THE STORE!?! Makes no sense since it costs the company to ship it. The company needs some serious help.
