Richard hung up on me during my interaction with him. He continually interrupted me and when I asked to speak and explain what I was trying to tell him. He hung up on me! So I professional. No wonder Walgreens is rated the worse pharmacy in Ankeny

Was just on hold for more than an hour and they hung up on me. I know finding employees is hard right now, but that is unacceptable.
