This is honestly the worst place to take you pup if you really care for your dog. We have used this place multiple times for grooming and boarding and the service they provide is sub par.When we took our puppy for a bath he came home damp and once his nails were bleeding. We do give him a brush and after 2-3 months we found out the undercoat of our puppy was matted. The staff mentioned they remembered him being matted last month but nothing was communicated to us at all. The whole reason for a professional grooming is to make sure our pup has the best skin/coat health possible which this place has failed to provide.When talking with the staff there they mentioned that most of their groomers were part time employees that don’t really have experience with matting issues but rather focus on bathing…shouldn’t a professional groomer be trained in all areas that can arise with a pet that needs grooming.Aside from grooming when we had boarded our puppy for day care and once he came back with a big poop blob stuck to his fur which sends a message that they don’t have the best interest of our pets here.

Would give 0 star if possible.They do not have best interest for your dog. Took him for bath he returned damp. Took him for nail clipping came with bleeding finger. Boarded him for couple days came with huge poop stuck behind him.We took him for regular brushing session yet he came home with matted fur. They apparently use part time groomer which we didn’t know and we took our dog there for couple sessions and they knew he was matted and didn’t notify us for months. Stay as far away as possible from this establishment.

I had a last minute need for boarding and they took my fur girls in and were so amazing! They were very responsive to emails and let me know how the girls were doing and all the love they were getting. I'll never board my girls anywhere else!

We have had multiple stays at this location hoping for better experience each time and there have been questionable things each time we go. Issues ranged from paying for grooming and having a sopping wet dog with dirt on him still on pickup, improper harness placement leading to him almost running out the front door on pickup, blaming my dog for breaking a TV during boarding with a camera watching the whole thing but never showing us that he did it and saying with was broken to start with when we called originally during that stay. An utterly disappointing experience for how much you pay with terrible communication each time we have had an issue.

Was undecided how to rate. Dogs seemed happy but maybe I’m picky and this was our first time. Boarded my dogs for a 2 week vacation. My neighbor takes her dog here and I had heard good things. Had concerns the very first day and called/emailed and was never contacted.. ever. When we picked up my dogs they were happy. However, they’re covered in fleas! They got groomed while there and this was never mentioned. They are on simparico and took it literally the day before we dropped off. Pretty disappointed with this place. $2300 and the lack of communication/fleas are a real problem for me.

I thought because of the reviews this would be a good place to go, however I left my 9 month old golden retriever with them for 4 nights and when I went to pick him up we noticed when we got home he had several scars on his tongue, and scratches on his face and apperantly in his eye as well… we noticed when he was rubbing it and it got very red and started watering. They never called or said anything about it after they handed him back to me… which makes me wonder if they were hoping I wouldn’t notice or clearly weren’t paying attention to him in group play. now I understand dogs play but if it’s hard enough to leave scratches and scars I think that’s a bit far… won’t be return I suggest you don’t leave you pet with them either

new to area and business. gave 2 stars as very accommodating with vaccine paperwork mess from SC. vet. used app for appt. was told could notget haircut as did not use app correctly and no spots open. ok settled for bath nails oral rinse. 2small elderly females. sub 12lbs. each had a dew claw curling badly. was given personalized notes from "groomer" saying nails were already short so rounded them off - both dogs. well dew claws were not touched on either dog. one had a small dingleberry still present AFTER bath spa session. if tech not capable of washing entire dog or dealing with dew claw then inform me of issue and charge me less. quality of work done is something i could and should have done at home. looks like minimal effort on their side all for 75$. will NOT return. gotta pay for that facility i guess. wow.

Boarded our 6 month puppy over the labor day weekend. A little pricey for the boarding + daycare costs, but facilities are nice and the staff is super friendly.

We have a senior dog and she requires some special care. The staff at WAGS has taken great care of Molly when she has stayed there. The Senior package is highly recommended.when she has stayed there. feel good when we pick her up.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I had my pup scheduled for a groom & told the kid I talked to that she had just been spayed, so they would have to work around the catheter shave on her leg. He said nothing about it needing to be a full two weeks out after spay to groom her (it was 3 days short of 2 weeks) I also had both of my dogs scheduled to be assessed for training, they only had one dog down to be assessed. I rescheduled the groom & the soonest they could get my pup back in was one week later. I had a meeting pop up for work that I needed to take & called them to let them know I would be 15 to 30 minutes later than dropping her off at 9 am.They told me I needed to pay a late fee or reschedule. How stupid do they think people are? I know my dog sits in a kennel waiting to be groomed. No way can I drop her off at 9 & pick her up at 10. They are NOT willing to be flexible at all & there is NO customer service at all!They have lost my business for sure!!!Not to mention that in the past even though my dogs are up to date on shots they came home sick with kennel cough from staying there.Don’t waste your $$

Reported this facility due to its severe uncleanliness. We boarded 2 dogs with them, one of our dogs came home with poop all across the side of his body and chunks of it near his paws. We called to ask how and why this happened, they said it could be another dogs feces, or that our dogs went unattended for too long and sat in their accident. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and refused a refund her name was Lauren. I urge any pet owner to seek boarding elsewhere, there’s other recent reviews stating how disgusting this place is, and it’s 100% true. They also didn’t inform us our dog was sick. Horrible place.

Our dog came home with poop all over him after staying here for a few days. The assistant manager was incredibly rude to my fiancé and informed us it could be another’s dogs poop on our dog or that they left them unattended for too long and they had accidents. Our dogs ears were also scratched up and he’s getting very sick to his stomach (they never called to inform us of any cuts or sickness while he was there). My fiancé reported them because of how unsanitary the conditions are and how untrained the staff is at working with animals. We recommend going elsewhere if you care about your pets as much as we do, we will never return.

Used them many times over the last few yrs. Most of the time it was positive. But a couple times they took down my reservation and I called back later to find out the reservation wasn't in the system. Recently scheduled a grooming and even called back to verify... They didn't have it down, and got it confirmed adding it back to reservation. Picked up our dog and she wasn't groomed.Its a nice place, but for the money I would expect a little better service.
