We visited this verizon store with the intention of upgrading an Apple iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy. Unfortunately, the staff member who approached us was quite impolite and abruptly informed us that such an upgrade was not possible. He insisted that we could only upgrade to a new iPhone, despite our insistence that the app showed us the option to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy. Without even examining the iPhone, he rudely assumed that it was broken.
Consequently, we decided to leave that store and went to the Verizon store on SE 14th. The staff there were extremely helpful and successfully assisted us in completing the desired upgrade.
Based on our experience, we strongly recommend avoiding the aforementioned store and instead. visit the SE 14th Street location for a more positive and efficient service.

I had originally went to an authorized reseller location. That location created so many problems on my Verizon account that it was hard to even know where to begin to get it straightened out. This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Everyone from the store manager down showed so much results in getting my account situated, and I am so grateful for them finally getting all the pieces put back together! It may have taken multiple visits, but each visit they got me a little bit closer to where we needed to go! Thank you again for fixing someone else’s mistake!
