“I took my 2015 F150 into Stephen’s Automotive for a transmission fluid flush and they did a fantastic job. The transmission shudder that my truck was experiencing was eliminated.
Other things to note:
- Someone always answered the phone when I called.
- Jeff is extremely polite and friendly during any conversation.
- The repair tech noticed my oil change was past due and Jeff called me to let me know.
- Turn around was timely.
- Price was competitive.

“I wanted to hold my review for a few years because good customer service is wonderful, but if the product delivered is poor it means nothing. Greatfully this business is the best of both worlds. I have had my little RAV for about four years now and it has served me faithfully with minimal work needing to be done on top of maintenance. Bobby was so helpful throughout the process, especially with this being my first car. He was more than willing to let me take my car to our mechanic to look at it before buying. A sign of good integrity and confidence in their mechanical work. There were a few issues with the car, but nothing budget breaking or out of the ordinary when buying a used car. Everything was as expected and major issues were no where to be found. I am deeply greatful for the year warranty that came with the car which I did not need but added an extra safety net and some peace of mind. I highly recommend these folks if your looking for a sturdy little car that won't break the bank and will last quite a little while for used/trade in.”

“Had a great experience with Nelson Automotive with my jk jeep it was getting hot they took it in right away put new thermostat in good as new. It started running hot again they took it In right away looked it over nothing wrong and explained to us how jeeps run hot. We were impressed that they didn’t try to make up something and charge us for something that didn’t need to be fixed and charge us an outrageous price. Recommend Nelson’s automotive to anyone.”

“Pretty sure this is the third time I have reviewed them. Literally every time has been five stars. Mark you are so awesome and that's really saying something after dealing with you with 3 vehicles. I more than recommend.I like this dealership because of how upfront they are about the vehicles and the loans. My mother in law and an old coworker recommended them to me after they had bought more than a couple cars through them between the 2 of them and I see why. They salesmen are not pushy they dont have to be between the vehicles and the financing the vehicles sell theirselves so if you find one you like jump on it because it's not going to be there long. Only thing they could really really improve on is the website updating but I'm sure that's hard to do when the vehicles sell so quick. By the time I called about a vehicle I'd been watching it had sold like 5 days before that the second one on my list had just sold 3 days before that.”

“I highly recommend these guys. Our first car was a 2000 Toyota Corolla back in the early 2000s. It was a salvage car. They fixed it and sold it to us. We kept that car for about 8 years. We sold it to a friend of ours and it still lasted him another 7 years. In 2020, my mom bought her second car from them: a 2010 Honda Pilot. It worked great while we had it (just for a year). My mom has always been a smaller sedan type of gal so she sold it in 2021 and the guy still drives it till this day. We started looking at cars again and we chose 2015 Chevy Sonic for my mom. Mileage is 98,000. Our mechanic was more optimistic and said he wouldn't be surprised if it makes it to 300,000 miles bc it was mechanically maintained. Saravia has our business for used cars.”
