Had to wait to be served, even thou I had an appt. After waiting he then asked us to come to the counter. Once there he started helping another customer that had only been in the store a couple of minutes. He tried to charge us shipping to order a product upgrade that was offered for a penny (no add't chgs stated in letter), per letter received. Then said it had to be delivered to the store location. Couldn't be delivered to home because it would be my responsibility if it was damaged in shipping. Of course I was upset and firm with my words, no cussing. He then indicated he couldn't help me. Got home called US Cellular, product was being sent to home address at no charge and no other charges. Will not go back to this location. Worst service I've ever received.

First time going to this place ans got everything that I needed quickly and efficiently. Sales person was fantastic! Very nice and friendly. Most definitely going back to this place for future purchases.

Nick Muhlenbruck fixed my phone in less than 60 seconds when even the Apple Store couldn’t! My phone had been messing up for 2 weeks. I told him what had been going on, he fiddles with it, boom: software working again. Don’t screen this guy over corporate America. We need him.

I was here to get a new phone and I was in and out of there in 40 mins which is a record! :) Christina showed me how to use my new phone and told me about the US Cellular app which is super convenient! Definitely prefer the ankeny blvd location over Delaware Ave! Thank you!

You couldn't ask for a better duo than Nic and Abe! They both were great assist to me this morning! Greated me right as I walked in even when they both were busy with customers at the time! All I went in for was internet and was treated as if I was buy a phone with cash. Thank you guys for the help! I may be in to transfer from version too

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Abraham was very good at explaining their plans and how everything works with their service. Needless to say, we will be leaving Verizon, and giving our business to U.S. cellular. Keep up the excellent customer service that A LOT of other places are lacking.

Tyler (Manager) was extremely helpful and patient with this technophobe during the process of getting my account changed over from my former employer to my new personal account.He went above and beyond on working with my employer and me to make this happen. He also was excellent in handling setting up my new phone for me and taking the time to make sure understood everything and that all my questions were answered.I could not be anymore happy with Tyler’s job performance and my experience with this business.

My wife and I both purchased new cell phones and updated our plans with Jarod. He went above and beyond with his tremendous customer service! I had several very important emails with transactions saved and a Ticketmaster app on my old phone that he made sure I could access on my new one that originally wasn't working. Deleted and reinstalled the apps for me so I could use them. That was a hugh relief! Took extra time to help us with the special features on our new S21FE phones and efficiently helped pick out cases, applied liquid screen savers, and acquire additional charging cords, all while answering calls and helping the other sales agent with his questions as well. Very professional and patient with our questions. Jared did an amazing job and this was absolutely the best new cell phone transition and purchase that I've ever experienced in my lifetime! Also, want to credit sales manager Josh, from the night before who gave us ideas and directed us towards Jared since he was going to be off the next couple days. Thanks for the awesome service! Great service that went above and beyond! My partner and I stopped in to see about upgrading. We hadn't expected to stop in, but during our lunch out we decided to stop in. Jared was great! He was the only one working and masterfully handled customer after customer. We waited and watched as he delicately helped an older gentleman pick the right plan and helped him beyond the scope of his job ( I am guessing- but pretty sure).When it was our turn, Jared overheard us talking about our leftovers in the car and offered to let us hold them in their fridge while we made the purchase. Again, way above and beyond. Jared is knowledgeable, and helpful. Give this dude a raise!As we were leaving, we saw him pick right up with the next customer- undaunted by answering phones and making the customers feel appreciated. Way to go, Jared!

Josh was very helpful in guiding me to the right phone and the right phone plan. He displayed great customer service.Also I had to go back to the store today in Ankeny, IAJosh was on lunch but Tyler was there the store manager and Tyler reassured me my new phone was working properly and he went through my phone to make sure everything was good. My experience was great
