I got there this morning right after it opened at 8 o'clock and the lady had such a great smile and so friendly, it just made me start my day off right

Not only was I treated well but I watched a clerk answer a TON of questions from an elderly lady and was so patient. In the end, the lady didn’t understand and owed money but the clerk allowed her to leave without requiring payment. It was a nominal amount but the gesture went a long way to me. Thank you!

I really appreciate having a UPS store locally. The staff here is always helpful and even when there’s a line, it seems to move quickly. Whether I need help wrapping and insuring a big bulky package or just dropping off an Amazon return, it’s my go to place.
