My phone screen shattered when i brought it in the tech instantly saw other broken parts ..they orderd the parts and had them in next day now my phon looks and feels new i only come to this location when i need anything fixed thanks guys.

There's a good reason Josh is Store Manager, and here's even more reason to continue promoting him:
I cannot begin to express how kind and professional everyone at this location is. I have been to several uBreakiFix locations (as well as other repair brands) around the united states and I have never been more pleased... Higher-Ups, if you're reading this, you need to understand that the manager Josh is invaluable and is an immaculate representation of what this store should always strive to be like. Also Carson is exceptional. And a shout-out to Kitt as well. The professionalism and politeness here is unmatched. The whole team, really. You will walk out happier than anywhere else, I can assure you.
And to Asurion: I now prefer to go through them rather than Apple. It's just a better deal, faster and the quality of parts and service are identical to Apple. Make this your go-to repair store and let everyone know to ONLY come here.
