Very responsive company! I appreciate being able to speak to a live person or receive quick replies to my questions via email. I also liked how you can pay with PayPal and track your trailer of belongings after it’s picked up. The bulkhead parts were a bit challenging to install, so they may need to be updated after some time. While pricing is a bit expensive to use their trailers, upack did deliver on good customer service and reliability. Would recommend them for moving across the country.

Great company to work with. Awesome customer service both from the guy delivering the trailer and from their dispatch office. If I ever need to do a long distance move (hopefully never again!), it will be with U-Pack. Highly recommend.

U-Pack was the most seamless part of our move. They accommodated my schedule and provided what they said for the price they quoted.You can save money by taking your goods to their (trucking) yard, but it might not be feasible for you. I had to do it because my belongings were in a storage unit, and the storage facility wouldn't allow ABF to drop the trailer on their property. I saved enough to cover the cost of the Uhaul and labor to move our stuff from the storage unit facility to the ABF yard.

UPDATE: The company responded below saying they were going to further look into things only to reiterate what I have already stated below in that they are not liable for recklessly transporting and damaging my things. However, I was NEVER provided with or signed any contract agreeing to this. Had I known there was no insurance to cover damages I never would have used their services. In fact, they were misleading over the phone stating there was insurance but come to find out, it’s only for damages related to a natural disaster or car crash. What a joke.Working with this company was an absolute nightmare. My belongings arrived damaged and/or broken and when I filed a claim, I was told that I would not be reimbursed. I was told over the phone that there was insurance to cover any damages but come to find out, it only covers *certain* damage. Transporting my belongings recklessly was not covered. I never signed a contract or agreed to have them transport my things with basically NO insurance and they still refuse to accept any responsibility.In addition, they were almost late delivering the trailer. I called about 30 minutes prior to the window ending to let them know I had not recieved a call from the driver saying he was on his way (they are supposed to give you an hour notice). After being transferred around numerous times and being “disconnected” I was finally told that there was one stop ahead of me but the driver would be late. Then, the driver shows up without calling or giving me any notice.Upack and ABF Freight are the most unprofessional, disorganized, company I’ve ever dealt with.

This guys are amazing, specially here in Iowa, I did my move from Florida and everything runs 120 % perfect. On time, the comunication was pretty good, these people are so kind, specially Laura, if you have any needs to move in to Iowa, this is The Option!

Top notch Communication..moved recently from Iowa to California. U-pack took care of the move. sending checklists, delivering truck, pick up with in 24hr. Delivered at the destination well ahead of planned time. I couldnt be happier. Friendly staff.

Moved from Canada to the US and every step of the way the team was responsive, the drivers were friendly, and the ReloCube was dropped off and delivered with ease. Would definitely use this service again.

They were very professional and helpful as we determined how we would move our possessions 1400 miles, from Iowa to Florida. No hidden fees, all costs explained up front, very affordable compared to other companies. We packed most of the trailer by ourselves, used a local company for heavier objects, then had UPack set up unloading at new location. Wish we had considered their services for the packing as the other company did a very poor job of protecting our possessions. UPack was very responsive to our inquiries during the transportation. We would definitely use them again.

We just made a long-distance move - almost 1000 miles - and this was our first time using U-Pack (after using PODS for the last long-distance move). Our experience was great, I have nothing negative to say. Easy to get in touch with an actual human, great customer service, responsive, and timely service. They kept in touch the whole way as our things were moved across the country, and the service was way easier and cheaper than PODS. We were able to use the ABF trailer and pay by the foot, which took the stress out of having to guess how much space we needed for our things. Would definitely use U-Pack again.
