Everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful. I know there are "cheaper and faster" oil change options in Ankeny currently- but that is not the way to go. The extra service and help with my car is much appreciated! I will always continue to keep coming back!

Great place to take your vehicles.
Manager Dave informed me about a shock problem, even took me to see what the problem was on my truck and explained everything to me.
Mechanics were nice and very patient with all my questions. Even helped me out with a 50% discount for my oil change.
Customer service was great!! Waiting time was great and waiting room is clean and everything in all was a great experience.
Most definitely became a regular. 2nd time here and customer service rate never changed, great every time!
Another thing, I was told from another mechanic that my battery was fine and thanks Brakes Plus inspection they showed me that my battery actually needed a change and saved me from a junk battery and more damage to my loving truck.
Definitely recommend this place.

EDITED BELOW: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OMG !!!!
called over here this morning. Asking to be able to bring my vehicle in for them to swap the transfer case out. Miss Allison asked me "Why did I think it was a transfer case" to which I? Replied, "another shop, had diagnosed it as a transfer case but they were charging too much". She asked me what the symptoms were and I told her. Immediately, she told me over the phone, she did not think it was my transfer case and it sounded like something much simpler like my wheel bearings. I wasn't too sure I did not really believe her but I brought my vehicle in any ways to have it looked at. Alison refused to do my transfer case until her mechanic Jim was able to confirm if it was or was not the transfer case. After careful inspection, they were able to figure out it WAS my wheel bearing. Allison and Jim saved me SO much money by helping me do the correct mechanical work on my vehicle instead of doing my transfer case. At that point i would have found out that it was in fact my wheel bearings and having to do that also.
EDIT TO ADD : they didn't tighten the bolt on the wheel hub and proceeded to charge me for a bogus repair just to find out I didn't need nothing repaired. I just needed the bolt tightened !!! I shouldn't have to pay for bogus repairs from their mistake !!!

This place worked on my wife's truck a while back and screwed it all up. Come to find out the dude they had working on her truck was drunk !!! He was fired for this. But still her truck is trashed...
And like a gullible fool she went back to them in June and they couldn't even diagnose their own mistake!! They didn't tighten a bolt to the wheel bearing and he tire was clicking and they made her pay for repairs that didn't fix it. They claimed they were stumped. Her friend noticed it while changing her tire and fixed it for her in under 5 minutes..A LOOSE BOLT !!!!
These people are incompetent. Who doesn't notice loose bolts from work they did? And then to throw parts at it? Wowwwww ?

Not happy, nope just not happy. This place charged me for repairs to my truck AFTER they changed my wheel hub assembly. These repairs were NOT needed !!
Come to find out, all that clicking noise was because they didn't tighten the bolt on the wheel bub !!!!!! My tire was barely hanging on !!! Thank God I had a flat tire and a friend who noticed my wobbling tire while changing it. If not. God knows when that tire would of flew off my truck and caused an accident that harmed my disabled child or someone random. Screw this place !!
