This place is a joke I was trying to get some one to help me buy a water trough employees every where but none could help a customer but they where able to push my cart to the middle of the store so I adventuraly found it but still no help for a $500 dlr trough I finally left they replied with a number that I called and if you can find a way to talk to a person good luck I do actually see why there employees are the way they are it appears there management is also the same way

Best experience ever!! We went in to look at the chickens and ducks, as that was my son’s birthday wish. As one staff was walking out, he said, “Is there anything I can help you with before I go on my break?” I told him what we were looking for and instead of pointing us in that direction, he walked us over to the pin. Not only that, he opened the pin to show us all of them. Very kindly & calmly. He was SO nice!! (I believe his name was Seth.) we will definitely be going back!! All of the other staff would ask us if we needed any help when they walked by as well. So kind!!

Yes looked at gates we have picked up at the store previously but I WILL NOT pay shipping to buy anymore from here again! I will go elsewhere!

My lawn tractor has a flat tire. TSC thankfully had a replacement tire. They also provided me with some suggestions of where I can take the new tire to have mounted on the rim. Definitely coming back when I’m not pressed for time. So many items, they probably have what you need.

Placed an order online for dog food at 8:15am. I went to pick up at 1pm and logged in online and put in the request for curbside pick up. After waiting 10 minutes I tried calling and never could get someone to answer the phone. Finally someone answered. In all the curbside pick up took 30 minutes. I should have just gone inside myself to purchase the dog food rather than online with pick up.

I ordered a special feed for my horse but accidentally ordered the wrong kind. I thought when it came in I would need to travel to the store to refund the purchase. Instead I talked to Alex one of the managers I believe and he took care of everything the day it came in and saved me a trip. Always a good experience at this store.
