I have been a client of Tony Strang's AllState for over 7 yrs I believe. I have bought 3 different vehicles for my Daughter and one she was even on the loan/title. Every time I change auto's I am asked by whoever answers his phone who will be the driver and I specifically state my Daughter and give them her DL#. She started driving at 14 and now she is now 20. 2 weeks ago she was in a car accident in which a drunk driver hit her. When contacting and actually speaking with Tony he states that they do not see that my Daughter is a driver on my policies. He states... "Let me look thru the notes"- Just because his office staff didn't put it in his notes? He tried to state "how we're we supposed to know she graduated from learners permit to actual driver?" Ummm She's 20 and you've been given her DL on multiple occasions with every new car purchase.This is an automatic question they ask. "WHO WILL BE DRIVING THE CAR" He literally started talking over and yelling at me when I advised him I didn't understand this. You are my insurance agent. I call your office, I don't add policies on-line. I speak to your agency directly. He could not fathom as an agent any responsibility in his agencies over site. I have to wonder if I we're a man if he would have dared YELLING at me the way he did. The UN-professionalism was beyond anything I have ever experienced. When I advised him that I would definitely be writing a review he advised he would counteract. Whatever Tony, the truth is the truth and facts are facts. Shame on you.
PARENTS BEWARE....YOU'RE REALLY NOT" IN GOOD HANDS" WITH TONY STRAnG'S ALLSTATE AGENCY.
The fact that I have to add one star to write the review isn't fair...His behavior and lack of professionalism deserves none.

They are there to help you to the best of tbeir abilities. I personaly have no complaints. Since i have been wirh Allstate Tony Strangs office has alwaya been there like family. So i say thank you and keep up the excellent work

The service level from Tony Strang and his group is appreciated. They are always there to answer questions and they call me back in a timely manner. They have even called me when events happen in my community to make sure everything is ok (Derecho 2020)

I was happy with Allstate up until sometime last year when I noticed my auto insurance monthly payment went from $88 to $155 with absolutely no explanation. I reached out to my agent who told me that it went up due to “state wide adjustments” and there’s “nothing they can do”
Anyway, what an absolutely ridiculous amount of money to pay for auto insurance when you’ve bundled with your home and have a clean driving record.
I contacted my agent multiple times cancel my auto policy this past month, and he never responded. Finally, I had to go through their customer service line to get any acknowledgment. I’m now paying $36/m for the exact same coverage elsewhere.

My policy was transferred to this office, not by any choice of mine. No big deal originally. However, they continuously call me even after being told more than once I don't need any other insurance. Even after being told numerous times I don't need additional insurance and to stop the sales calls, they still call. I informed them yet again I don't want to be contacted again. Another agent (Tony) called me and was extremely rude, to the point of yelling at me telling me if I don't like 'sales calls' then I can take my business elsewhere. So, consider that done. Policy has been canceled. I find it extremely rude and unprofessional to call a customer and yell at them like a child because they don't want to be bothered by repeated sales calls. Do yourself a favor a find an insurance agent who will be professional, and respect your needs as a customer. If you don't need additional insurance, I don't need to be called every few months with sales calls!

I am very pleased with Allstate as they cover all my insurance needs they have great communication in Tony’s office. I have been with this company for many years and plan on being here for many more. Best insurance company around.

I have been an Allstate customer for many years, but just moved to the Iowa. I contacted the Tony Strange office and from the beginning Tony and the the team have been extremely helpful with the transition. I recently also had an auto claim and I contact the office to initiate a claim, and from that point on they handled everything including dealing with the repair facility, and I did not have to follow up or coordinate anything. They handled everything perfectly, and even the repair facility commented that this was one of the easiest claims processing experiences they have ever had. My sincere thanks and appreciation to the Tony Strange office for making everything easy!

Tony and the team are great! Hunter was my agent and I only left because I moved states and had to switch to an agent in VA. They not only are super friendly, quick to try back to you, and helpful but they were able to get my cancellation done super quick, connected me with someone in VA, and their cancellation email was really nice. Just then apologizing for any inconvenience (which I had none) and thanking me for the time I was with them! So great! Honestly sad to leave!

My rates increased 600 a year because of "industry challenges and rising frequency of claims and costs to repair vehicles" mind you, I've had no claims or repairs, so my rates went up because of other ppl?? That's really unfair and unacceptable. I'll be switching to someone else.

I work as a service advisor for car repair and have dealt with car insurance more times than I can count. Worst experience I've ever had was with this office. Shame it was with my own insurance provider. Was promised a call back at least 5 times by different people and not once was I contacted. When I finally got a hold of Tony he literally cut me off while I tried to explain the circumstances of my claim. I was then "educated" as to how claims work. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but the lack of compassion and follow through was disappointing to say the least.Update: State Farm office agent personally answered my phone call on the first attempt. Email with offer package shortly followed. I'm now saving 22% with the same coverage. What a world of difference customer service makes.
