I came to SE Delaware Storage Mart location in Ankeny after having a bad experience with another well-known storage company. From the get-go, Pam was super helpful and made the whole process easy peasy! Her down to earth and warm personality was freaking fantastic and a relief. The world has enough uptight people with sticks up their butts! Not to mention, my unit was clean and ready to go upon move in.

Pam (The Property Manager) is absolutely rude and terrible to deal with. Pam gets an attitude because she actually has to do her job. They steal my stuff was stolen from my storage unit conveniently after Pam called me rudely. You also have Karen’s who are in your business and will follow you. Will never use this storage place again. WHAT A JOKE!!
