Very poor customer service in their printing department. Danielle acted like she was upset I had called and didn’t want to help me. Apparently you must have too much business and not need my very large order.

PLEASE DO NOT trust this store with Ipostal or any mail. Something very fishy going on. They didn’t even want to speak to an ipostal rep, declined every call from ipostal. MARY ANNE one of the employees were very rude and unhelpful did the bare minimum as if she wasn’t trying to help resolve the issue. No other employees stepped in to smooth things over. If you simply do not have courtesy of customers you simply should not work in such place. 0/10 forsure!

I’m not one to write reviews on places nor complain, but I was not very happy with how I was greeted by one of the female staff today (June, 28, 2024) who was doing the returns, I simply asked if this is where I returned an Amazon packages, all I literally asked was a one simple question, she responded back very catty and like I annoyed her, I would like for you guys to do better when it comes to customers and their questions, not give off snarky comments and bad vibes, I’m not mad just very disappointed, I have my days too, but I don’t take it out on customers. Other than that have a nice day and don’t take it to heart

In store shopping is fine, but the one hour on-line order processing always takes two days even for parts in stock at the store.

Been sitting here cause you don’t open until 9 am watched literally 30 customers come to your door and leave to someone who opens when most businesses open 8 am

The Ankeny Staples printing department is second to none. I needed some printing done for my sister in law's funeral the next day. Because of high demand for printing, I was not able to have my project completed the same day. When I explained my situation to Heather, she was able to print everything within an hour! I was extremely happy with her service. Heather is a rock star and Lily was there assisting. Thank you for awesome customer service! You went above and beyond!

Ankeny Staples store is great. It's their staff that really makes an overall difference. They know where everything is inside the store, offer to escort you to that particular area, have great knowledge of the products, etc. thanks!

Went in for ink cartridge in Ankeny Iowa store... Stopped to look at laptops and an absolutely wonderful associate named Samantha came to assist us !! She deserves Kudos for being AWESOME!!!

This is my second time coming back to Staples to print things and also get them laminated. Because the impression was so profound, I have to say that John might be the most responsible and capable person I've encountered, managing to handle things perfectly. At the same time, it's also a testament to how well the store is run, thanks to having such an excellent manager to keep the entire team's workflow organized. From professionalism, responsibility, communication skills, to even satisfying customers, everything is impeccable. Today, while I was waiting in line, I overheard a conversation: a woman, quite arrogantly, stated her demands while disdainfully saying, "How easy and simple it must be to do this kind of work." Hearing such rubbish, I could only laugh. Where do you get the courage to think that the hard work of these people is easy and simple? Without understanding the expertise involved, you speak recklessly. Truly, ignorance is fearless. At the same time, I also deeply sympathize with the staff here (how many such people must they deal with every day?). To anyone reading my comment here, my hope is this: that we all can offer each other respect and understanding, rather than the toxic mentality of "I'm the customer, so I am god."

Terrible service, because they are chatting with each other, they don't help the ctes, I wanted to print a page and they wouldn't accept my card, I asked for help and it was worth it! I retired better!
