From the start, he expertly answered every question I could think of, and was also so patient and kind to my young daughter, as she tagged along during our initial fact-finding visit. He was exceptional at listening and advising, helping to find the perfect treadmill that best fit my budget and running needs. He seamlessly interacted with myself and another potential buyer at the same time, making us both feel like we were getting all of his attention – an impressive feat! On a follow-up visit, I was able to run on a few of the different treadmill options we had narrowed the search to, which was important and invaluable for me to feel confident in the decision. At the end, Trey made the purchase process easy and efficient, while preparing me for everything I would need to know for the delivery, as well as expert tips to care and maintain the treadmill for years to come. It's only been a few months of running on the treadmill, though I couldn't be happier with the purchase. “This place is absolutely amazing!Started playing disc around 20 years ago, but have thrown very sparsely over the last 7-8 years. Decided to get back into the game and make my first trip to an actual disc golf store for some new plastic and boy was I not disappointed.First of all, if you've only ever bought discs from a small rack or two in a larger store get ready to have your shoes and socks completely knocked off. Selection, selection, selection!!! An amazing variety of brands, disc styles, weights, etc. The most detailed and varied assembly of discs I've ever seen. I spent almost an hour just handling plastic and walked out with 3 new discs that I am thrilled with.Beyond that, this place is laid back and friendly. No pressure sales, no following you around the store. These folks get it and it makes the atmosphere totally comfortable and a place you want to spend time and get acquainted with new brands.I'll be back for sure and have already recommended Titan to several friends. Looking forward to my next stop!”

“This was one of the best bookstores I've been to for a school of its size. Had a great selection of clothes AND novelty items. Came home with a nice bobblehead of Griff! The quality of apparel that was offered was pretty top notch. With the exception of maybe larger sizes, there should be no problem finding anything you're looking for or maybe didn't know you were looking for there!”

“We have been out here numerous times over the years. The store is rather large. It has a ton of options for outdoor activities. We come her on occasion to look at stuff for fishing. They do have a giant fish tank to entertain the kids of all ages. They get Santa and the Easter bunny for those times of year. There are shoe sales some times. Occasionally we can find a good clothing item on sale. There is an attached bowling alley which we have never had the pleasure to be able to explore. Today we were in store to make a bigger purchase. It required special handling and it was one of those things that you needed to be at the special counter for. Dennis was the gentleman behind this counter. He was super helpful. We really appreciated his patience with us as my husband talked out the details with him. It was close to closing time and he did a great job getting everything closed up as we finished up our purchase. I rate the help we got as a 5 today. I know its a chain store and sometimes the prices are a little higher than one would like. But as many times as we have been there over the years we have seem to luck out and had pretty good customer service.”

“I've only visited a few times, but each time, this store looked pretty neat and organized. The checkout process was fairly smooth, and the one online pickup I had went well as well. The prices can be a bit stiff, but sometimes there are favorable promotions.The discount for service members, veterans, teachers, healthcare workers, and first responders is also a nice touch.”

“I had a really great experience at this store thanks to their sales associate named Micaela. I was having trouble finding what I needed, and she helped me immediately. She actually came up to me and asked if I needed help, which was nice! She helped me pick out a few pairs of shoes and a couple of outfits. I can tell she’s a seasoned retail professional, and I just wanted to share how much I appreciated her help. Shopping for the holidays is stressful, but it didn’t feel that way at the Altoona Nike Store. I will come back when I’m in town.”

I was able to email the manager, Bryan, and got back to me the next day by phone to set up delivery within the week. It had to be disassembled and the technician was fast to assemble it. Communication and service were excellent, highly recommend them.”
