I had two nasty cans of paint I desperately needed matched. They were very helpful, but thats not the point of my review.There were 3 guys working today, with a consistent flow of customers. While I was waiting for my paint to mix, I was impressed how this group worked as a team. One was working on a large order, while my guy had brief moments of pause, he would label the buckets for the first guy, move and stack them. All of them stepped in to help each other instead of just standing waiting for the next step in their order, even if it was only for 10 seconds. They never acted rushed or overwhelmed. Super helpful to everyone, very patient, answering every question.A very well oiled machine of team players.

Very poor service. I came in looking for paint and not one person helped. Basically the 5 staff they had on hand stood there and gossiped.

Great staff, overpriced productsIf pricing is inline with the industry, Why do you bounce between 30 & 40% off sales? When you discount your product, you weaken my belief that I'm buying at a fair price.

It is sad that the customer service has so rapidly declined in this store at Ankeny. As valued customers since relocating to this area, our most recent experience has been nothing like anything I have seen before. We were told by an employee when dropping off a drawerfront for color match that it would be 24 hrs. Now, 97 hours later, we were informed it had not even been started. The employee working stated he "only works evenings so doesn't know" despite my husband having just talked to him personally last night. I had planned to also buy paint here to finish our project but now will take my business elsewhere.

Went into the store this morning, Sunday, September 20, 2020 to inquire about the color of our new construction home in order to paint a coordinating front door. First of all my husband and I walked in together and I was standing at the counter. The salesman looked directly at me and then walked over to my husband to address him. When my husband indicated that he should speak to me about our need I asked if he could help me find out the color of our new construction home. He
