Smaller site, I don't shop Sephora, don't shop it at JC Penny's either wasted space that could be used for other items. Had to drive to west Des Moines Kohls, prices were different between the stores. 10 mins apart. Why??

Parking lot was not cleared like other lots and once inside checkout clerks wanted to visit with each other and let coworker take care of the line. Very sad on the day after a holiday.

I was in there last weekend with my Son's fiancee. I was there to make purchases and after being ignored twice in favor of my Son's fiancee I decided that nobody wanted my business so I left and spent my money at Ulta Beauty in Ames. They were more than happy to ask me if I needed help and recommending purchases for me.

I feel like everyone is so kind and helpful. A little frustrated that you guys were showing open online though when you were actually closed. I would have tried to move things around earlier in the day and make it work. Now I have to wait until I get back from a trip. The lower rating has nothing to do with the staff but the update of information online

Picked up this mess of a package today through online order. I came from another town to get it! It was tightly wrapped and taped in a Kohl's sack to disguise the beaten up box. Yes I want the item inside, and it appears to be new, but I went through the store to shop for other things and they had many more of the same in much better shape. This is shameful, Kohl's Ankeny! What if I wanted to gift it? I had forgotten that you did this to me also in November 2019, but not nearly as badly, with another kitchen item that WAS a gift.
