“The facility is clean and very well managed. They have thought of everything when designing this building. I especially like the fact that you can drive in an unload your moving truck. The people there are very friendly and make you feel at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is needing to store their items. You can rest easy knowing that they care as much for your items being stored as you do.”

They made check in and check out fast, easy and without a ton of bureaucracy. The fact that they have someone staff the office regularly makes a huge difference as well.”

“Can't say enough good things about AAA Storage-Ankeny and especially about working with "Allie", who we met for the first time last week. Wish i could give them a "5-Star Plus" rating. We were very apprehensive about where to place our belongings in storage, but now feel so relieved with our choice. Allie took such very good care of us, explaining their facility, cost structure, and politely answering every single question we had (and there were many questions). I can honestly say she is one of the absolute best I've ever encountered, from a sales/customer service standpoint, and it was a pleasure working with her. She was polite, professional, thorough, courteous, and simply a pleasure to be around and work with. AAA Storage had better hold onto Allie and if they don't, I'd certainly put in a good word for her at our company (completely different industry, but she would be an asset anywhere she works)!
