Tim and his Team did a great job with the sale of my parents house that was in our family Trust, so it was a bit more work as he had to communicate with our whole family on decisions. My husband and I have worked with Rachel Scheib since 2017 and we have had nothing but amazing customer service from this team. We originally met the Scheibs when they hosted a 'First Time Homeowner Seminar.' It was so informative and really got the ball rolling for us when we were looking for our first home. We actually had a different realtor at that time (per family/friend reference) and there were quite a few issues with our relationship with them so we reached out to the Scheibs as we were so impressed with the seminar. Rachel immediately responded, got us into a meeting to discuss our wants and needs and ultimately found us our perfect first home very quickly. The biggest difference between her and our original realtor was that Rachel listened to us and we weren't just another pay check for her and her business. She has always made us feel like we were actual people and made sure that we understood everything and that we were comfortable. Fast forward a few years and here we were looking to sell our first home and build our forever home. There were quite a few bumps in the road, obstacles that we hadn't even thought of, but Rachel was always there to help smooth everything over as she was our liaison to our builders. We closed on our home in early April and are so satisfied with everything done, but Rachel was and still is always there for us to ask questions, raise concerns, and be a guiding light in an unknown territory for us. If buying and building homes wasn't so expensive, I wish I could do it more often so I could keep working with her. I cannot recommend this team more. They work so hard at not only running a business, but making you feel like you mean more to them than another number. They film and edit videos for their social media, have Qu0026A sessions about the current housing market, and even host an annual Customer Appreciation Day for all of their current or past (and sometimes future) clients. If you're looking for a home, reach out to the Scheib Real Estate Team - you would not regret this decision.

Rachel helped us find the home we were looking for in a very tight market. This took being on top of houses that became available and letting us know about them in a timely fashion. She helped us every step of the way including with the home inspection, city requirements, and even recommended appliances!

Tim and his team made the process of selling our old home and buying a new one easier than we anticipated. They were a very accurate source of information an many real estate topics as well. A great resource for anyone. In the end, we were able to sell our old house and buy a house that we are extremely happy with in a highly competitive market as a buyer. They were prompt and responsive to all of our requests, making all of our showing requests the same day and often within hours of the request.
