Quilters Cupboard is a jewel of a store located in Ankeny, Iowa. The fabrics, patterns, embroidery projects are constantly changing and just gorgeous! They employ highly skilled teachers and the classes are abundant and so fun! Every level of skill is accepted! Thanks to Cindy and her staff!

Horribly expensive. Nice people and seems to have everything, but twenty dollars for basic non-machine sewing needles is insane! Way too expensive. I think it's a place only for quilters.

Cute shop; LOTS of fun fabrics/patterns/projects to choose from! Stopped in on way home from Des Moines. Immediately upon entering, the owner looked up and greeted me with a friendly smile, even as she was busy helping someone. I was gently offered assistance by other store employees as I browsed. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line in for probably 10 minutes because I had come in on a special day. So it was very busy, but the owner, who was running the checkout, never stopped being pleasant, smiling and laughing with customers as she continued to help each one. A pleasant stop;)

Full of wonderful fabrics, machines, notions, embroidered items, patterns, threads, kits, stabilizers, EVERYTHING! And they give lessons! I’m just sorry I don’t live in the area… Oh, and very pleasant, helpful people ? Will definitely return if through this area again. Thank you for a fun morning and helping mr find the fabric I was looking for.

Great little shop. Great selection on machines and fabric. Where they really shine are the employees. Very nice. Took the time to answer all questions. Demo the machine we were looking at. Huge selection of accessories as well. Well done ladies!!

Cute and quaint store to purchase quality items for all things quilting. Offer classes for both beginners & classes to learn new techniques. Th reason for 4 stars relates to the displaying of pricing. Found it to either be missing or not displayed properly.

I enjoy all the classes Cindy has. She has great weekly videos to keep you up to date with new things coming into the shop, just like you were there. It makes you want to buy more!! Great shop, great service!
