not sure how they get 4-5 stars; when reading all the poor reviews.. then a computer generated response... I know I gave them a two star review. due to doing business with two jeeps but then wanted to charge a 100 to look at why two broken front seats.. they told me 62 years old have to rule out abuse..my long standing business had no power. no one but them have EVER work on my jeep. until now.. I have a new HONEST mechanic . but when I look at my review. it have 5 stairs... so make sure you read. I'm clearly not happy. I have two prepaid oils left. then I'm out. the guy who fixed my seat said it got broke intentionally. funny how both my seats broke and computer started delaying after a oil change. I then get a call to see if I want a new Jeep... I'm a 62 year old female with MS... what's the chance? then told warranty will not cover. looking at close to 1500.00 fixed one seat for 10.00 passengers side bigger money about 300.00 bent frame .

Called the service department today and had a miserable experience. The person answering the phone was more focused on 'pulling my information up' in the system than listening to my concern. I told her my information will not pull up because I've never been a customer. After a 5 minute call, most of it being on hold, I hung up. Dodge has a factory recall for a part on my car but we couldn't ever get to that part of the conversation. I really dislike dealerships. This was 1 of 2 dealerships I contacted today with horrible customer service skills.

Salesman that I dealt with a week ago, Bradley, was great. Easily 10/10 for him helping us. He was funny and very relatable to us which made the whole start to finish process that more wonderful. However a few days later I noticed my gas was getting eaten up and I wasn't sure if there was a problem or if it was just because of the new engine. I called Dewey and spoke with Greg who said that he would have the service department look at it FIRST THING Monday morning, promising they wouldn't have my car all day. This morning I dropped my car off at 7:30 (first thing like he told me to do) and it is now 12:10 on Monday and I have had to call for an update on my car... I don't appreciate the lying. I'm thankful that the service department is handling my car and that the service guy who is communicating with me is trying his best to help me get through this process. As for the manager, I think communication is key and if you don't have great communication skills, why are you in sales?

I do not recommend Dewey Dodge ! They have not been honest with the repairs done to my van. I dropped off the van on October 18th and it's still in their shop on November 12th. It needed one cylinder head pulled and repaired at the machine shop. So far so good, it was promised to be done back on November 3rd. I drove to their facility and no one was working on it! The cylinder head was installed 9 days ago and that's it, no more work has been completed.
