Terrible customer service, they have been deleting guestbook messages and candles that were left in memory of a loved one. Disgraceful and such disrespect to all who are mourning their loss. Each person has a right to leave a message from their heart for a loved one, no matter what!!

Dave and his staff have unfortunately provided funeral care to my family twice in the last 3 months. I would recommend them to anyone. They are truly a caring and professional funeral home with excellent staff members who do everything as if you were their own family. Thank You!

We had the unfortunate and heartbreaking need to utilize funeral services for our young adult son who passed away a couple weeks ago. Ankeny Memorial Gardens was our choice to use for his funeral services. Dave, Rachel and their support staff were amazing. So kind, patient, accommodating and caring. They provided quality care for us as the family and compassionate care for our loved one that we so dearly miss. The building is new and beautiful and provided a very peaceful atmosphere for the visitation and offered ample room for many guests to attend. We had a wonderful experience with Ankeny Memorial Gardens and would highly recommend to others.

Our family had such a positive experience during such a difficult time. Very caring professional staff. Lovely service in such a peaceful setting. The fountain during the service was serene. With the gravesight just outside we walked to the site. We highly recommend this place. Thanks to all of you.
