I used to use rewards points for fuel discounts. Now they require you to redeem as a gift card and take into store to get fuel discount with prepay. Will no longer give them my business. Going to Kwik Star instead who actually has a functional rewards app

Konnor is a rude individual. Snapped in my mother's face as soon as he stepped to the counter. He asked for her id for a pack of cigs and she said just a moment and he YELLED in her face. When I yelled back he refused any service and started threatening us. I am baffled this is the kind of person you allow to work for your company. May 7tb 145 pm

Very unprofessional. during two of my visits a non-employee was behind the counter in employee only areas. she looked to be underage and during one of my visits she was talking to the cashier and vaping nicotine from an e-cigarette. the employee was doing nothing about this, nor was he telling her not to do that in the store or in front of customers. i have also seen the same girl playing with the employees, tickling each other and running around.On another of my visits here, two of the cashiers were very touchy with each other, with one hugging the other from behind while i was checking out.Very unprofessional, the management need to take better care to hire people who can be professional in a work setting and not be inappropriate or allow inappropriate behaviors, especially allowing someone to vape nicotine or use any form of e-cigarettes in the store in the employee area.

I hope management and the owners understand who they have hired at their store. My friend went into the store to buy a drink. The man was extremely racist to her just because she was black. He asked to see her ID for a bottle of water and then tossed it back at her. When she asked for her reciept he tossed that to. It was obvious he didnt want to even have contact with her due to the color of her skin.People who cannot interact respectfully with everyone in the public, deserve to be fired.It was 11am 2/25/22 and the man behind the counter was Tall, Young, short black hair.There was another employee who also didn't step in and stop him from treating her with such racist disrespect. It's possible they didn't here him though.
