We had purchased some kitchen anti-fatigue mats from Kohl’s. After a little while they began to come apart. I still had the receipt and called Kohl’s. I was informed that these mats have a limited lifetime warranty! However, Kohls didn’t have any in stock. The person I talked to told me to throw them away and he would issue a credit to my account. (I have his name and employee number) he advised me that it would take approximately 10 days for the transaction, (this was January 26, 2025). I have called at different times checking the status and this has never been completed as of yet! I have numerous names and employee numbers of the individuals I’ve talked to. Some of these people have assured me that this would be taken care of within a few days. Still nothing! Called again and was told they “escalating” this to the next tier. Still nothing activity! I have even emailed Kohl’s corporate investors detailing my situation and asked for a response. NOTHING!!! Kohls has lied to me throughout this whole process, it seems their attitude is to lie and promise and lie and promise and then hopefully you’ll get tired of the lies and just give up! It’s no longer about the credit, it’s the principle of the way kohl’s is handling this! The new brand of Kohl’s,, LIE!!!! No wonder stores are closing, customers won’t tolerate this kind treatment!

I ordered candles from Kohl's online. They were delivered in a box all broken and lids off and there was no support such as bubble wrap or anything to protect them from breaking. Had to contact Capital One as Kohl's changed their card company which I must say was a very unpleasant experience. I wish they never would have switched to Capital One cards!!!

I had a good expeirence at Kohls in Ankeny this week. The store was very busy and the check out lane was long. Two different
sales people helped me find what I was looking for. The check out lady spent extra time with me to save me money.

Prices for what I bought were decent. A lot of the electronic price tags weren't working. Then the store was an absolute mess with boxes and stuff everywhere in the men's shoe section. I was having a hard time finding plain navy blue dress socks, asked an employee where to find them and she didn't know. She pointed at some Golden Toe socks that were thicker than dress socks and no plain navy blue. I never found the socks, I'll get them somewhere else, I guess, as Kohls is 45 minutes away anyway.

Their coupons are finicky, the staff are not very helpful. They have gotten rid of a lot of brands. I would recommend just ordering online instead of going to the store. The nice thing is they do have Amazon return here
