A wonderfully compassionate and experienced team supported our family in a moment of crisis while traveling. Extremely gracious, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile for us. The staff was supportive and accommodating to our unusual circumstances while providing us a safe and comforting environment for our examination. The professional veterinary team engaged with us clearly and did everything necessary for our little Boston Terrier. Highly recommend this team and their facility. (no bathtubs were harmed in writing this review!)

We recently visited Creature Comforts for an emergency appt. for one of our furbabies. The front desk, techs and vet were all so attentive and great with Ruby that we decided we needed to transfer here permanently. We have an elderly dog and he has had 3 unexpected visits in the last 3 months and all 3 experiences have nothing short of amazing. It feels so good to know we are working with people that REALLY CARE.

Called to gety dog in for something important and the response was "yeah, just go to an emergency place" no questions didn't try to get us in just call someone else.

I purchased a vaccine and flight physical for my dog only to learn, at airport check-in, that vaccine for flight was invalid until 30 days passed. This seems like something the veterinarian should have known.

Took my dog in on Sunday (which most vet places aren't open on, but this was an emergency) and ALL of the staffs were amazing. Place was also very clean and it did not take long for the nurse/doctor to check my dog. They were also very careful and nice towards myself and my dog. Will definitely be back in the future when needed. :)

The staff here are nice but the prices are quite expensive, and give your animal things that are not necessary. You'll probably be spending hundreds of dollars after walking out of here

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! WARNING! This place DOES NOT care about the well being of your pet!!! My DOG was HIT down the street. It was 40mins till they closed, but they were the closest vet. I called in, panicked and scared. Told the receptionist what had just happened. Her reply was "UNFORTUNATELY WE DON'T TAKE WALK INS THIS LATE". I pleaded with her that my dog had just been hit, next closest vet was a 20min drive, that my dog was hurt..."WE CLOSE IN 40mins so we WON'T BE ABLE TO SEE HIM". YOU READ THAT RIGHT! It was an inconvenience to them, because my dog got hit 40mins before their clock out time. This place is HORRIBLE! They care more about clocking out on time vs SAVING your pet. PLEASE do your fur baby better and find them a place that will care about their survival rate! I want to add in that they have been flagging my HONEST review and trying to not let people see it! On GOOGLE and here! PLEASE DON'T LET THEM fool you guys. I DON'T EVER WANT ANOTHER PET OWNER TO GO THROUGH THE FEAR OR NOT KNOWING IF YOUR DOG WILL SURVIVE A 20MIN DRIVE, AFTER BEING HIT!

I have tried several veterinary office with both of my dogs. Creature Comforts is hands down my absolute favorite. The front desk receptionist are always friendly and you can tell everyone there really cares about your animal. I will always be bringing my pets here from now on.

I'm new to the are and I needed a vet for my puppy's adult boosters. I love the hours they are open because it accommodates my schedule. The veterinarians were knowledgeable, but the vet techs need to know a little more. The facility is clean and the prices are not outrageous like some places. My dog is happy to go see them even after shots.

I absolutely recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and caring staff for their pets. It's located in a strip mall but don't let that deter you, the facility is clean and the staff are all friendly. We've been taking our Great Dane here since she was 8 weeks old and she just turned 5 this month. Making an appointment is easy and I really like that they are open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm so we can usually get in pretty soon after calling even when it's not an emergency. Every single vet tech and veterinarian that we've met has been extremely nice and caring. They will always check up the next day to see how our girl is doing. I also like that they send out reminders for vaccinations and yearly checkups. They also give you estimates of how much services would range between and give you options of what your pet needs and what they recommend. So I would say prices are pretty reasonable for services and actually for meds too. We moved out of the area but we still choose to take her here even though it's a bit of a drive because of the amazing staff and care she has received here throughout the years.

Stay away, they just want your money. I had the worst experience here with Dr. Amy Olson after picking up my new cat from a shelter. My cat had a bladder infection, and Creature Comforts gave her a shot which fixed it. But then Dr. Olson asked me to buy not one but TWO types of painkillers. This cat is still getting familiar with me and is very stressed with all of the changes. I asked her how I was supposed to administer the painkillers to a new cat that wouldn't let me near it, and she just said "I have faith in you." Then she tried to upsell me and get me to buy a different band of urinary tract cat food, even though I was already giving the cat urinary tract cat food. I ended up spending $250 overall, on the shot, new food and painkillers. She also recommended I come back and spend $500 on a procedure to fix a cavity the cat had. I decided to never come back to this vet, and have since taken my cat to Starch Animal Hospital on a recommendation from the Animal Rescue League. I paid only $120 for the same procedure, and they also said my cat didn't have a cavity!

Great staff, doctors, exam rooms are clean, and very reasonably priced. Love the extended hours offered every day of the week. My dog receiced excellent care both times we had an emergency situation. They are now my go-to place for regular visits and when we have an emergency.
