Hy-Vee Pharmacy offers excellent customer service and kindness. After a vaccination appointment issue at Sam's Club, the pharmacy helped with COVID-19 and flu vaccinations without a hitch. The pharmacy also provides a grocery pick up service that is very good. Customers rarely find poorly chosen produce, and the service checks expiration dates and suggests substitutions via text. The pharmacy handles bags carefully into the car. Food options include fresh salads, fruit, fried chicken, meatloaf, and Asian dishes, which are cheaper than dining out. Overall, the pharmacy saves customers a lot of time and provides friendly, efficient service.
The workers are quick and efficient. Never had to wait long for my prescriptions.

I am so happy that I switched back to this location for pharmacy. Dustin can truly make some magic happen and I can tell that he is always planning and thinking ahead and looking at each different possible scenario and makes them work as efficiently as possible for everyone very helpful person.
