Citibank seems to have very little idea of what they are doing, which unfortunately reflects poorly on Home Depot. Brandon at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out even though it took several calls and about an hour of time. “Last Saturday, February 22, my wife took me on a tool shopping trip to the Home Depot in Ankeny Iowa. Along with their outstanding selection, the customer service was fantastic! Oscar was very friendly two or three different times, as he helped me with a return and to figure out which cordless power tool I wanted. Jen at Customer Service Was fantastic in helping me with my return. Nic was friendly and helped me find the outdoor section, aisle 54. And Melania had a great smile and was so generous in helping us check out, especially with the power tools and complicated gift cards.
