Fleet farm has now sold me 10 bags of moldy chicken feed. I called to inform them and they told me there was nothing they can do because it's on how the distribution stores it..... seems like a them problem considering they are the buyers selling to customers. Anyways I think I'll take my business else where considering they didn't give a shit.

I came in for an inspection on my tie rod and they said I needed a new one but didn’t have the part of on hand and told me to come back tomorrow once they get one in. I came back and they didn’t have the part and Frank had one of his team members go out to a different auto shop so they could get it done that same day. There was a little mix up in getting the part but nonetheless, Frank and the team worked diligently to get it there. Frank was the absolute best and asked if there was anything else I needed done while I was there so I got new wiper blades installed and new cabin and air filters installed. Frank worked tirelessly to make sure I was all set to go and was very apologetic that the part wasn’t there when I got there and I had to stay a little while longer than I was supposed to (2.5 hours compared to 1 or less). Frank earned my service for a very long time and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. Frank didn’t overcharge on anything and cut me some deals because of the time I spent there. A number of times I was about to buy something, when I realized I didn't want to go through the wait at the 1 checkout they invariably have open. Then Monday I see 5 employees milling about the front of the store and only 1 cash register open. I realized finally what the store was telling me. They were telling me they don't value my time, they don't value my business. They are telling me not to shop there. You got it.

I would love to purchase online and pick up from this location. I have an injury that does not allow me to shop for myself. Over the last 2 years I have placed multiple orders only to have them immediately cancelled. I have tried using multiple credit cards to no avail. I contacted the local customer service who instructed me to contact corporate customer service saying that they could not help. I contacted corporate customer service twice and they were not helpful, so this morning I called customer service. The person helping me was very rude. Ultimately, the resolution given was that if I tried to order again in 24 hours and the order gets canceled, I have my answer that Fleet Farm doesn't want my business anymore. Tractor Supply is a great company to shop with and I can supplement other things that my farm needs with Menards, Lowes or Home Depot. Until you fix your customer service issue, I am happy to no longer be a customer.
