Went in with no idea on how to ship my wife’s crafts. Unfortunately I don’t remember who helped but they were awesome!! My wife has an Etsy store and I’m recently unemployed yet again so I was helping her out. Not to mention it got me away from her for a little while. Any way I have not shipped anything in a long time but these guys are pros! Thanks again for the triple win

Mike and really-nice-lady-who-also-works-there are AWESOME!!! So, Mike used to be the manager at the Altoona store, and he always gave me GREAT service!!! Imagine my fear when that store CLOSED!!! Never fear, I found out Mike was the Ankeny Walmart location. As soon as I called there, he took great care of me for a time-sensitive order. I conduct community training to educate regarding the need to increase safe space for Black women in crisis, so when I need an order filled it's really important. Not only Mike did get me taken care of in time, he made sure the really nice lady who also works there knew I had paid over the phone, what I looked like (personal touch), and had things ready for me to review and run with!I got the extra special bonus of her being just as personable as Mike, having excellent customer service, and a wonderful conversation. I think we made the other non-FedEx Walmart customers jealous! ;)If you have print orders to do, you can't beat the prices and service...even if you live nowhere near Ankeny it's worth the drive!Your way of taking care of customers is a model to other businesses that you can be efficient AND give great service - one doesn't have to be sacrificed for the other. Keep up the incredible legacy!

Mike helped me today, I had called right before I came in to make sure I could print the label there for a return. Mike was so helpful on the phone and in store, the return label was not wanting to send but Mike kept going until he got the label on his end. It was a great experience and I will be back.

Fedex is awful. They will: Lie about delivering your packages - when you're literally sitting right there. Throwing/ dropping packages at your door. Leaving packages in your lawn, rather than your covered porch. Leaving something sensitive that's been noted as requiring a signature. Telling you they'll hold something, only to return it to sender before the time they gave you. F*ck fedex. I'm often asked, as I do a good deal of shipping, who the worst is. Well, now I can tell you with confidence who it is. Do not use fedex. Use anyone else. Just not fedex.

The team here is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Our team uses them for just about everything and we always get amazing results! As silly as it sounds, I love going in and just saying hi to everyone. They remember your name, business, and that helps when they give you advice on what you might need. We use them for printing, helping create marketing campaigns, banners and the last time I went in I even got to joke about sports. Overall a great place with even better people

I run an online business and ship tons of packages every week. After some unfortunate circumstances with an employee at another location (University Ave, Clive, IA), I HAVE FOUND MY NEW PLACE! Thank you so much to Suzanne who restored my faith in the shipping business I love to utilize!
