Stay far away from this business went in because I needed a patch out in and the mechanic said that the side wall was compromised and needed a new tire. I told him let me talk around took it to another mechanic in Des Moines and that mechanic said the only thing the tire needed was a patch and the side walls were in tact . Probably gonna make someone buy a new tire. The tire was almost brand new and no issues . The mechanic also charged me a tire fee for looking at the tire and he apparently put a spare on which he didn't he put the same tire on

Terry really saved me on a road trip recently! Heard a funny noise coming from my car, called him on a Sunday morning, and within a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the problem, found the part at a local shop, and completed the repair. The whole time he was super upfront and honest about what he was doing, both teaching me about my car and walking me through the repair process. He's very friendly and professional and I appreciated the conversation. Terry at Fast T's comes highly recommended - I'm bummed I don't live near him because I would use him all the time for my auto repairs!

I highly recommend! When my car wouldn't start, I was nervous not just because I couldn't figure out what was wrong, but also because I wasn't sure what business I could call that would be prompt and straight forward with me. Terry was both. Above and beyond my expectations! I definitely know who to call next time I have an issue.

What a awesome place to do business with. My daughter called me to tell me her battery light came on. I advised her to pull in auto-zone and have them test it. They told her that the serpentine belt was gone. Then told her there was a bp station down the road. She got there and the guy was very nice and said he was in the middle of a oil change and since she was basically stranded he would look at it next. Within an hour she was back on the road at a reasonable price which they let me pay over the phone. Thank you so much. I know where I will be going for repairs and oil changes.

New battery having issues, my google searches and brother say pry the alternator. Called for a quote on replacing an alternator. Dale the mechanic answered and asked some questions about my car and after I gave access he said it probably wasn't the alternator and gave me a few things to test. I did those tests called him back and he said maybe alternator but pry not... said if I got it down there he'd test it for me. So drove down and he tests it and sees the positive connection isn't hooked up right enough. So it appears the guy that installed didn't get it tight. He pry didn't 45 minutes between phone and me stopping by. Didn't even charge me after I offered to pay his time. I'll be going there from now on. Also their alternator quote was $200 cheaper than the 1st place I called.

Terry deserves 5 stars. Showed up right away, quickly diagnosed a tricky electrical problem in the ol' Ford Explorer, fixed it, cleaned and replaced the battery, and I was back on the road in an hour. Brilliant!

Our family was visiting the Des Moines area when our van wouldn't start in the hotel parking lot. It was a Saturday at 6:00 and most auto shops were closed. We found Fast T's through a google search and decided to give him a call. He was at the hotel within an hour to diagnose the problem...we needed a new alternator. He was very honest in checking the battery thoroughly and giving his opinion about the battery as well. Not wanting any further issues on our trip, we asked him to go ahead and replace the battery as well. He took down all of the information and said he would be there the next morning (Sunday) with the parts in hand to complete the repairs and get us on the road. Everything worked as planned and he had our vehicle repaired before our hotel checkout time so we could be on our way. His prices were reasonable and he was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. We can't thank him enough for coming out on a Sunday to fix our van so we could be on our way without the hassle of towing to a shop or having to wait until Monday for service! We would highly recommend him!
