It's been 5 hours now for simply new wheels. I'll never be back period. You call them and it connects you to a call center. Sorry but if ur taking my car you can pay someone in house to answer phones. If you plan on waiting for the car go somewhere else or get ready for a nice wait. Edit: can't even contact me, I gotta do it ☠️ lol ok

Coming back from New Mexico where 2 new tie rods were installed but the garage had no alignment facilities. The front tires after 1000 miles were bald because of no alignment. I called Fast Tire in Ankeny Iowa the crew worked super fast to get us back on the road to Minnesota with new tires and alignment no shop could have done it better 100% satisfied do your self a favor and go there first. Thanks again guys ?

Thank you to Nolan and Jack I am able to continue on my trip with a new windshield wiper for my truck. They even installed it for me. They were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I was incredibly lucky to have their help. They were open today on a Sunday. They are open 7 days a week now.

100% would NOT recommend. If you go, get the full "out the door price" in writing before they touch your car. Also, they won't always honor the prices advertised on their website even if they agree that is the price on the phone. Gave me information for "corporate" so I could take it up with them, and that communication went unanswered.

Make sure you get your price before they install the tires. They will raise the price from what you are quoted. They tried to raise mine $250 from what i was quoted "out the door" over the phone. They got the guy in front of me for $800 higher once the tires were on his car.

Where do I begin? I was traveling with my Chevy 4500 from Ohio to Oregon and started having numerous issues. I was turned away by several Chevy dealers who stated they didn’t have lift racks big enough for my bus. Thankfully I was finally referred to Fast Tire in Ankeny. John and his crew truly cared about my well being. They were thorough, efficient, professional, and overall wonderful to deal with. It took two days to fix all the issues and during that time I witnessed John and his staff treat every customer with the same dignity and respect, even going above and beyond making phone calls trying to help customers with obscure tire warranties that were purchased from other companies, and even getting on the phone with the man I bought my bus from and explained the needed repairs and what had been done wrong by previous mechanics that were causing some of my bus’ problems. I just can’t say enough good things about Fast Tire and the entire crew, you won’t be disappointed with their service.

John Wingfield really cares for the customer experience and that is very appreciated. I needed a new alternator and battery ASAP on a Saturday and he was great to work with. Very professional and friendly. The customer truly does come first.

First off, I called from 35n with a flat tire that had a key lock nut. I called fast tire and asked if they had the key they would need to fix my tire and they said yes. I had my car towed there only to find out they did not have a key. They had to order lug nuts
To replace mine since they had to break mine off which was extra cost. Hour in already and they order these nuts from auto one said they would be here in 20 mins, 20 mins goes by he calls to check where they are and he didn’t order them right so no order was placed so again waiting another 20 mins for lug nuts..I’m sitting in the shop, 1.5 in and another hour to go. I will never ever use these guys again. And beware of the third party call center. They will tell you anything to get your car towed to them. I called several other companies first where they gave honesty to me about not having the key to the lug nut. This place is a joke!!!
