Worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Purchased homeowners insurance for my home and Farmers wrote the policy in my deceased parents name and refused to take ownership of their mistake. Fortunately I had no claims because otherwise Farmers would have required me to resurrect my parents from the grave to file a claim. My refund check was made out to my deceased parents...twice. Bottom line, no refund. Take my advice, buy your insurance from a reputable insurance company.

I feel very comfortable with Jim and Amanda. They take great care of our insurance needs. They have suggested things I have not considered but have not tried to sell me more insurance than I need. Thanks to both of them!

What I appreciate the most is how they look out for any changes to my plans and take the initiative to inform me of the reason for the change and correct it if there is a problem. They handle a lot of the leg work for me. Not to mention, they are great people.

Totally screwed up, no Water Back up Insurance in spite of being told that is what I wanted. Needless to say June 30, 2018 in Ankeny, power out , sump pump out, we had water in the basement. He lied to his company and to us.
