“I'm so happy with the service I received today at this location! I walked in and needed balloons... Now normally I just go to the section that has ones already blown up and just pick a few from there so as to not bother anyone, but I had a specific theme I was looking for today. The women there were so sweet and helpful and DEFINITELY made me feel valued. sometimes when I go into a store, especially if you're asking for help with something that requires a little bit of extra effort, I often feel like I'm a burden or that the worker is put out by helping me, but today was the complete opposite! Both of them were the sweetest, happy to blow up the specific balloons for me and absolutely made my day! Great job to the staff at the South Delaware location in Ankeny! I'm thoroughly pleased!”

Couple times I went in there looking for a last minute mask to pick up my kids from daycare in and they were nice enough just to hand me one from behind the counter. They are always so nice when I come in and super nice when I leave. The environment is probably the main reason that I keep going in there. Love this place.”
