The airbag light keeps going off in my car and I read I had a recall, but they claimed I didn't. They sent me on my way and didn't even ask if I wanted a technician to look at it. Safety first right ?

I bought my Jeep from Dewey and have been going there for my services and oil changes since 2019. Today, I am DONE! I have gone twice to try to get my Oil changed and have been turned away both times. The first time, I arrived on a Saturday at 1:10pm and was told they don’t take anymore vehicles after 1pm. Fair enough, but frustrating since the website advertises it’s open until 2pm so I assumed they take vehicles up until that time. The second time was today. I left work early and arrived at 4:30pm which I thought an hour and a half before closing would be more than enough time. Again they turned me away. I begged, I need an oil change as I’m traveling out of state this week and they suggested I come back in the morning. I WORK! This is false advertisement. Change your hours on your Website! I travel all of the way from out of town (almost an hour) because I am a LOYAL customer. Not anymore. I am so done! I will not recommend to anyone.

This is a bad place to buy a car from, go anywhere else if you're smart. Purchased warranty under the impression I would get a loaner car so I would be covered, wrong, always a month out for loaners. Already certified preowned, then need work done today and find out the $2500 warranty I purchased expired when the certified preowned did. No one ever told me that but that's what I get for trusting someone at there work. I was told I have a warranty for 100,000 miles. By the way, every one that worked there then no longer works there.

We had truck issues on a Sunday driving home from fishing at the lake, barely made it home. Monday morning my husband calls Dewey Service to set an appointment to fix it since it has full warranty. At that time he was routed to the scheduling 800# and warrenty towing #. Ok no problem so he called and set the appointment and had the towing come to pick up our car and take it down to Dewey. Again he did all of this with the dealership and their systems. He did it because he trusted the dealership we bought the truck from. When he gets home from work he is telling me all the details and mentioned that the Dodge towing had him pay $145 ?. Our appointment was on that Tuesday at 10am. No call all day, no call the next day and here is where it all REALLY falls apart. I called them a few days later and they could not find our truck, then once located they knew nothing. BUT WE HAD EXPLAINED IT WHEN WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT and to the tow guy! I had to explain everything over and over to each service rep they passed the phone to. Finally Connor and supervisor Grant were given detailed accounts of the issues we were having. After sitting there for approx a week they finally text my husband a full diagnosis to say it is a turbo. We called and asked them not to text due to our work schedules and well being old. Calls are much clearer in understanding the process and expectations. Well that didnt happen and neither did any so called process. What we did get is miss communication, dishonesty, repeated unanswered voicemails for days, no communication. 40 days they had our truck! 5 days at most it was in the shop being worked on. Parts were rush ordered and delivered but just sat there. Rental/ loaner car was not provided at first as Grant explained they only do that for certain customers if at all. That was until I begged because we were 2 weeks without a car and no way to get groceries or anything. This was our only mode of household transportation. 35 days it just sat in their parking lot. My husbands boss drove by in his work truck and peeked at it daily just sitting there. Oh and while they could not communicate on the delay or service issue we repeatedly got calls and texts from Dewey trying to buy it. When asked why nobody could give us an answer on when it would be finished... one rep said it was because techs took a vacation or another time they did not have a diesel mechanic. Another said a guy got hurt in the shop and well there are other vehicles in front of ours. Always a delay, but wait didn't they schedule the appointment and tow it?? We were completely on their time line that just kept moving without a solid reason. Better scheduling and communication would easily solve this issue. Supervisor Grant did however find time to invite us to see his car down at good guys ?♀️. All the while with the communication/text we did receive they keep telling us things like..in a couple days, then a couple more. They tell me dont worry, we are sorry, we will reimburse you the tow and your truck is next. They say magic words like... we will make this right. It alone sat for 8 days just to tell us our paint warranty does not cover the cosmetic issue. That should have been a fairly quick answer since they had had it 32 days prior just sitting in the lot. My last straw is when we went to pick it up 40 days later, after another 2 days of unreturned calls and voicemails. We met Roger the GM. We talked for an hour and had great conversation. I explained in detail with receipts, call logs and texts everything that had happened (the long version and not this shorten one ?) . Not to get anyone in trouble, not to be mad but to point out the gaps in customer service so that they can address them and hopefully this does not happen to others. Well as expected he fed me the same lines and said he would reimburse the $145 and how sorry he was well... that was July 23rd and no reimbursement check and just received another TEXT from Connor asking if we need more services. We had requested several times that text not be used. Dewey do bette

I’d go check out some different places as all this place will do is lie! We recently purchased our new to us Jeep Grand Cherokee L. We were offered $8,000 for our trade and they ended up giving us $9,000. We told them that NADA had the trade value at $13,000. His response was that $13,000 is the value that they could sell it for. Our old vehicle is now listed on their webpage as stock# 24M0535B for $17,111, nearly twice what they gave us for it.

Had another great experience with their service department, we had a recall and a warranty tire issue to my surprise they replaced the tire instead of patching and took care of recall! Was not expecting that and they did not pressure me into anything.
Great Job

I dropped my car off on Tues eve. My car Sat there untouched all day Wed. I phoned to inquire status on car to find out everyone went home early. After leaving several messages, I received a text message, not a phone call stating that the cost of my car would be about $1300. They had my car there prior to this for a recall on exhaust and catalytic converter . After getting it back the car wasn't the same and seamed a little bit louder. A month later the noise was extremely loud. They claim it was not due to the work that was done. It was not like that when I brought it in there. I will never take any vehicle back there and will tell everyone I know not to go there. They will not stand behind their work. Their service department customer skills have a lot to be desired also. They will not keep you posted on the progress of your car.

This dealership is run by some of the most kind and professional people in the business. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership.

If only negative stars were an option. I recently went to buy a 2022 jeep grand Cherokee. I live 2 hours away so I told them I was coming to look at it. My fiancé and I showed up to look the jeep over and noticed scuffs along the back bumper, the bumper popped out in one spot and a missing reflector. Very obvious the vehicle was hit. The salesman proceeds to tell us it was probably someone who works there ran it into a cement light pole on the lot, and that it was no big deal and accidentally happens a lot. During negotiation I was told by the salesman and the female manager (I forget her name) that the damages would be 100% taken care of as it was their fault before the purchase anyways! I took the jeep home and waited to get scheduled for a rental and time they could come get the jeep and repair damages. After a week of not hearing anything I tried to get in contact. Calls just kept going to voicemail during open business hours. Finally once in contact with the salesman who sold it to us I was told it would be awhile due to no rental car availability which is fine. Whatever. But then I never had follow up? I was never told a date or time I had to call multiple times once again, a week later to get something scheduled. My vehicle was finally picked up and a couple days after I am told through text that my jeep would be coming back to me in the morning, so I asked for pictures as I live two hours away and wanted to make sure everything was good before it was returned. A picture was sent and the scuff was still just as bad as the day I bought it?! I was confused and asked why it wasn’t fixed and the salesmen stated “we did the best we could but the manager says we are not painting it”. I was furious to say the least. The damage was there fault. They promised me it would be completely taken care of. Then after trying to be lazy and only buff it out they were just going too send it back to me?? I immediately called and once again got a receptionist who transferred me to a number that just rang and rang with no answer. So I call back again and again, same thing. Finally I get through to a manager. I was very clearly upset about what they were trying to do and he said he would try to figure it out. I get a text 10 minutes later from the salesman saying “we are going to paint it, it’ll be a couple more days”. Why was it so hard to just do it right the first time? Basically if I wouldn’t have complained I was just going to get it back without being fixed? Seriously the worst customer service Iv ever experienced. Idk if they thought cause I was a women they could just get away with it or what but completely unprofessional! Fair warning to everyone if you choose to buy a vehicle here be cautious as they will promise anything to get the sale and then ghost you. I will never consider a purchase from them again.

About 3 weeks ago I received an email from Dewey looking for used Wranglers. I love my 2 door Wrangler. Its a 2020, with less than 25,000 miles and is in immaculate condition with new wheels and bigger tires. I went in to look at a 4 door Wrangler, a 2020, so same year, MORE miles. Trey kept telling me to “up my monthly budget”. I told him in the beginning of our conversation, I would not go over my current payment. He would NOT listen to me. He even went as far as telling me to “ go ask my husband if I can up the monthly budget”. My husband doesn’t pay my Jeep payment, I do. I may be a woman, but I buy my own cars and always have. He continued on by telling me my Wrangler wasn't worth much. I again told him I was only their due Dewey emailing me. He continued to NOT listen yo me. After they test drove my Jeep, they held onto my keys. I needed to leave. The receptionist paged Trey. He came back out of the upper office and began haggling numbers again AFTER I had just told him I needed my keys and HAD to leave NOW. I has to ask 3 more tomes for my Jeep keys. Do they keep your keys to hold you hostage at the dealership?
I have bought 2 wranglers and. Cherokee from Dewey and get all of my oil changes and service work completed there but after this experience w Trey, I will not do business w Dewey again. I will drive yo Granger or elsewhere to another dealership to assist me.

Be careful, I bought 2017 Ford escape, talked with sales man and mechanic and both confirmed the car in perfect condition. I paid 12k and trusted the dealership ( I am not buying from random seller using marketplace ) , next day and ( not even 24 hrs) engine check lights on . I talked with dealership and they refused to help. Now ( after 5 months of buying the car) I have to replace the engine and will pay $6500.
I wish I bought the car for 8-9k from Facebook marketplace random seller instead of trusting dealership .
Thanks for screwing me.
Future seller, don’t trust and be careful especially when you buy used car ( no DIFFERANCE than any random seller) that’s my honest experience .

Went in to buy a jeep today. Took it for a test drive and all was fine until we sat down to discuss numbers. They offered me 3k under the KBB trade in value they then went on to say how Kelly blue book is just a. Number and they don’t know anything. I politely declined the offer and then left. When I left they were following me out the door saying your jeep isn't worth very much and isn't worth what we gave you. "Was gonna trade in a wrangler" my wrangler is in very good and low miles for being a 2015. Do not recommend.
