Took time out of day to pick up needed prescription. Was told the system was down and they couldn't sell me my medication. Told me to come back. only thing is my lunch is at the same time they close down for their lunch. not enough employees to keep your business open all day? Disappointed with the lack of professionals. the person who worked with was very rude and treated me as if it was my fault she couldn't provide the service they should have. Pharmacy is not new. How did you survive all the time before your system? I guess that would mean you would have to learn to read and write in a modern world.

Liked this store, clean, kind customer service, good parking, well laid-out, fully stocked, plenty of good deals with my CVS Rewards account. Liking the overhead signage making it easier.

Please open on time. Again, late opening because the pharmacist was late while staff waited around. Customers then also late for work. If you say you are open at 8AM, open at 8AM ready for business, logged on, ready…….

Nina was amazing! Sweet and professional. They now do a call back system if you call in. Ending up working out great with call back timing and said script was ready in a couple minutes. I go in 5-10 min later and they said it might not be done and I said I just got a call but no worries and out of no where pharmacist Carrie just started yelling that she’s on the phone and it’s not done. Wouldn’t have been an issue to come back, but to react that was made me speechless. I will now be spending more at another pharmacy to never have to go there again. I’m so sorry for anyone that has to work for Carrie. When I showed back up she was talking about me and my situation to a worker up front. Completely unprofessional. I wish they could pull camera footage to be able to add with this posting. Nicer pharmacists are certainly needed here, I hope it was just a bad day for miss carrie but changed my opinion on ever going back.

If I could give a 0, I would. I selected 3 bottles of vitamins and the cashier told me they were "buy one, get one free." I knew that but there were no more of each on the shelves. The cashier asked me to go back to the shelves, which I did. There were no more on the shelves, so I waited nearly 5 minutes st the pharmacy for assistance. I was then told by 1 of the 5 employees in the pharmacy (there was 1 other customer at a other pharmacy counter, no customers in the drive-through), that someone would be there to help me soon. After waiting another few minutes, Horatio appeared. I asked him to help me with the 3 BOGO bottles of vitamins. He told me I could get half off each instead. I informed him that the cashier had told me that half off didn't work. He didn't say anything, turned around, and walked a few steps, opened a door to a back room, I presumed. I waited a few minutes but he didn't come back out. I then again went to the cashier at the front of the store and told her what had happened, and asked what to do. She started wringing her hands and said, "I don't handle these situations well", and moved away. I asked her to call the manager, which she did. I explained the BOGO, that there were no more bottles of these vitamins on the shelves, and my interaction with Horatio. Horatio then appeared and denied that he'd left me standing there, and argued that I was rude and unreasonable. The manager ignored him, didn't apologize for the poor service, and said I could come back in 2 or 3 days when they get their next truck in. He also urged me to order online. A terrible experience all the way around, Horatio should not be working with the public, and his manager obviously allows this dismal, rude service. I was appalled.

If I could give 0 stars I would pharmacist yelled in my mother face when she was repeatedly told she was using the wrong insurance even from the doctor office and would not attempt to use the correct one. Could not get the right medication for 5 days until I finally just switched to Walgreens down the street. Won’t even do regular business with them for small needs and will go to Walgreens here on out with better customer service and hours. And people that can use correct insurance and not yell at someone. Got a letter in the mail 2 days after with denial with the wrong insurance name on it… Recommend to stay far away from here and go to Walgreens where they care about their clients and have manners.

Thanks to Rachel & the pharmacy staff. I ordered my first refill on a new medication and due to shipping issues it didn’t arrive in time. They gave me what they had in stock which would last me a few days. Sure enough it was shipped the next day and I got the rest of my prescription.
Rachel & her staff are very helpful and caring!

Pharmacy rep wouldn’t give a flu vaccine because “too busy” with 1 customer. Was told to come back tomorrow, very rude. Signs posted that walk ins were welcome. False advertising
