I have had personal and mortgage loans through them, debit and credit cards, vehicle loans, and they always have competitive rates. Whenever issues have risen, they promptly correct them. I really like the mobile app showing you your pending charges immediately online. Other banks take days to post them. It just makes it easier to track my finances for me.
