Creature Comforts got us in on a Saturday afternoon, when my cat spiked a significant fever after being extremely lethargic and anorexic. They explained the workup, cost and said they would call after the exam was completed with suggestions on treatment. Very thorough and kind.

Creature Comforts saved my sons labs life. He had eaten something that gave him a blockage. Your staff was so caring and wonderful. Did surgery with success and gave updates on his overnight stay. I was very emotional when my male cat started showing symptoms of a blockage and I called several vets, and they were able to get him in the quickest.
I appreciated that they talked to me calmly and efficiently, and also quoted my prices on the high end so I could prepare myself financially. The one thing I didn’t like was that they did not take checks or credit cards, so I had to call my bank and get a debit raise or withdraw cash, and sometimes this isn’t possible on Saturday/ Sunday.
They treated my cat, and thankfully he wasn’t blocked. They said I could come pick him up. The price turned out to be way lower than what I planned, so I was very happy.
They sent me home with a plan, meds, and food for him. I even called later in the week to ask some questions and they answered them!
I appreciate the quick and calm process they provided, and will be using them in the future.

We so appreciated getting Molly in on an early Sunday morning appointment. We knew she needed an antibiotic and couldn’t get in to our usual vet until Monday which might seem only a short wait but two antibiotic capsules 12 hours apart got her getting better sooner. Doctor and assistant each sat down and talked about Molly and were so very nice and knowledgable. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and caring as well. A very good experience.

Awful vet. Rude staff and will lie try to to make you pay for things unneeded. Don’t waste your time here, manipulative vet.

Creature Comforts got my hamster in same day for an urgent care visit, and we were only there for 40 minutes.
The receptionist, Vet tech, and Vet were all very helpful and informative.

Creature Comforts has always had a great staff that communicates well. Recently we needed to put down our baby Ali. And we were heartbroken. The staff was unbelievably compassionate, patient and understanding. Allowed us time, time to say good bye, time to cry and not once rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. It made such a hard time more bearable. Thanks to all the employees that were working Tuesday from the front desk, to the techs and the vet herself. We appreciate all of you and your kindness and compassion made an impact on us that you will never understand. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We had an amazing experience when our fur baby was brought in for emergency treatment of a laceration. From the initial phone call, to Bailey, and the Dr. we received amazing care. They all showed great care and concern and were truly attentive to our feelings and needs.

very greedy. spend thousands upon thousands of dollars for my dog, and they just take and take and take. they do not help my dog cause they always want my hardworking money to line their pockets. don't go here

This veterinary hospital is amazing! I had a positive experience with everything from setting the appointment to checking out. Everyone was so supportive and helpful! Thank you so much for helping Reed.

Had an emergency issue come up with our cat
This was the only place open, so took him in. Would not even see him without an appointment. Are you a Vet or not...geez. I will never recommend or use this place in the future, open or not. Oh, fyi....they weren't busy at all and 4 hrs before closing.

We switched over when we had our first puppy years ago. They were highly recommended by the people in our townhome community. We have gone eer sense when we got our new puppy a year and a half ago. Very caring and considerate. They have taken their time with her, working with us and her team be more social and it has helped. Highly recommend them!!

They will up charge you in every way they can, went to go get my dog heart worm preventative tablets, was told they have to examine him first even though I took him to a different vet for half the price last month and had his yearly check up. The reason why I’ve been taking him to a different vet is because the bill is half the price and they do all the exact tests and shots
Any vet that worries more about getting money than making sure the dog is taken care of should not be allowed to be a vet, I had a similar thing happen when my dog broke his nail a couple years ago…they quoted me $300 to just have his nail removed, took him to the vet in Nevada and the vet there only charged me $17

The professional staff were great. Good communication with the Dr. My cat was treated with respect. I believe the Dr took the proper course of action & now my cat is feeling much better. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the cost. All cost were quite a bit higher than what my previous vet would charge but that was in a rural area where cost are a little less.
When you love your pet, you are willing to pay the costs for their health. I am grateful for the care they gave my pet.

The staff and Doctors are amazing here. They took great care of my Ellie and saved her life. I'm extremely impressed with them. Highly, highly recommend this office for your beloved pets.I would give 10 stars if I could.
