“Kwik star is always a great place to stop. Plenty of food, plenty of sweets, everything you could ask for in a convenience store and more. The people are pretty great too!”
“First off I have not been to a Kwik Star location yet that the staff hasn’t been friendly or helpful. The on on Orlabor Rd in Ankeny Iowa is no exception. The employees are great and are very helpful. There is one employee that went above and beyond. She help me get the items I was looking for and brought them to the counter. Since I’m in a wheelchair, it would have difficult to carry them. After doing that, she came out side to the car wash to help enter the code. I could not reach it from my vehicle. Oh, the best of it all, she finished work and stayed to do all of this for me. She clocked out and stayed at least 20 minutes of her time to help me. That was more than excellent customer service, that was exceptional customer service. This location is lucky to have an employee such as her. Oh, her name is April and if you go there make sure she knows how great she is.”
“Clean, newer station with an easy layout and just about everything that you'd need while out and about. This weekend night had a food need, so selected their pizza just before 10PM. Mediocre service, limited interaction. Good gas pricing.”

“Nice Kum & Go location here in Ankeny. The store can easily be seen from I-35 Exit 94. The inside is very nice and clean. Personally, I think it’s one of the most unique and nice Kum & Go’s I’ve ever been to. The door chime is similar to the 822 1st Ave store in Coralville,Iowa. There was pizza and I took the last 2 pepperoni slices. The staff is very friendly and nice. I hope this store continues to thrive and excel in customer serivce and area.-Shy_Gun670 (also shared some exterior photos.)”

“I've been coming to this Quick Trip for years and, as is part of my routine, buying my lottery tickets at this location. I buy 2 quick picks per drawing and 2 Manual Entry tickets per drawing using numbers my son picked out when he was 3 years old. The staff here are always willing to punch the numbers in on the terminal whereas other lotto retailers complain and tell me I have to use a slip to pick my own numbers. This is inconvenient for me because of my poor vision. But I was amazed when Brent N. didn't need to ask my numbers one day because he had written them down, taken them home, and memorized them so he'd be ready the next time I came in to buy tickets! That is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and explains how they just won the Exceptional Customer Service award. Thank you Brent N and congratulations to you and your fellow employees!”

“I came to caseys to pick up a door dash order. Donavan let me know the order wasn't ready (I was very early) he was very professional and polite. I told him I would come back in to pick up the pizza - he personally brought it to me when it was done. He should be a manager. He was calm and organized. He amazing.”

“Made a quick stop at the Casey's on 1st Street in Ankeny Monday afternoon. Made myself a cup of fresh ground coffee and was out the door in a flash after checking out with an enthusiastic young lady behind the counter. Hey, I was the only person in the store at the time, but just the same she greeted me with a smile and sent me on my way. Good job Casey's! (Only wish I would have gotten her name so I could have mentioned it here.)”
“I will say this, the location is on the spot. I went here about 2 times both to get donuts and drinks, the donuts here do taste good nonetheless. While the French Vanilla cappuccino I had this morning was good, no hate, but it's a bit too foamy, otherwise it's wasn't too bad.”
“I LOVE this gas station! I think they only employ the most exceptional HyVee staff here. They greet you immediately upon entering, interact with you during your transaction and bid you a farewell upon leaving. They are always keeping the coffee fresh and stocked as well. This store is always tidy as well!”
“Casey's at 36th and Irvinedale Dr. is pretty much our go to convenience store. On this occasion, we ordered a medium Taco Pizza online, and were told it would be done in 20 min. (note... On busy weekends during FB season, we've waited 45 min, so plan accordingly.) I got there a few minutes early and the lady said my pizza would be out of the oven in a cpl minutes. While I was waiting, I took note of the coffee station, as I often stop at this very same place for morning coffee. The place was SPOTLESS as usual (pics). Now for the pizza. We're usually deep dish pizza people, but for Taco Pizza, Casey's nails it with a thinner doughy crust. We love it. Hope too that management reads this and takes note that a customer appreciated the cleanliness of the store!”

“Never thought I'd run into the day where I'd have to leave a review on yelp for such an amazing place like this one, but the day has came. Today is that day, I was out the door thinking "today would be a great day for a Casey's breakfast burrito." As I go about my morning daily tasks all I could think about was holding the warm, tin foiled wrapped, breakfast burrito in my bare hands and unwrapping it to a full breakfast filled wrapped tortilla! On my way to work I walk towards the shop with the aroma of gas and cigarettes filling into my nostrils. I open the door and greet the young man behind the cash register with a large smile on my face to only be notified by an empty warmer basket. That's right no breakfast burritos. I was filled with emotion of disappointment, I couldn't even make eye contact with that young man again. This traumatizing moment for me really ruined my experience and now I have a lot of distrust with gas stations. Please Casey's the only way I'll ever be able to recover is if I get a lifetime supply of breakfast burritos. Thank you”

“Pharmacy staff contacted the urgent care center on a Sunday after my expected script didn't arrive. The UC forgot to send it over. Pharmacy had it ready for me as soon as they received the script from UC. Thank you to the crew at the Ankeny Delaware Pharmacy!”
“Super convenient location at the intersection of 18th and Ankeny boulevard. The store and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly! They do have a few RedBox's out front which is super convenient. This is one of the few stations that offers E85 fuel which is nice if your vehicle uses the Flex Fuel! Prices are competitive with other area gas stations.”

“Thanks to Rachel & the pharmacy staff. I ordered my first refill on a new medication and due to shipping issues it didn’t arrive in time. They gave me what they had in stock which would last me a few days. Sure enough it was shipped the next day and I got the rest of my prescription.

“I get gas very early in the morning like at 4 AM. Pumps always working. Once in awhile staff are sitting out in their cars waiting to go to work. They always wave as I go out”
