Very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my clipper blades to be sharpened. The gentleman who helped me, said the blade was plugged with dog hair. He took time to show me how to clean and oil the blades. I'm not a professional groomer, just a dog mom taking care of her babies. I so appreciated him taking time for instructions! And no charge! They sharpen all kinds of things from scissors to chain saws. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. My delivery was lost in the mail, no true help received. They said it wasn't their problem and I could just order again...If I am paying a company for a service and they received my money (instantly) and I received nothing and will likely have to wait nearly 30 days to get anything from USPS, and they want me to give them more?? I will never spend money with this company again

Got scammed. I was talking to one of the employees and I got so excited that that they had 1inch blade, he knew that I am a barber still sold me the blade, it did not work the stupid thing come back and the manager said he would not returned because it had hair inside of the package from out $80. Guess what I’m a hairstylist. Of course it’s gonna be hair everywhere. I never use the blade because it never worked for my clippers.

Guess what I’m a hairstylist. Of course it’s gonna be hair everywhere. I never use the blade because it never worked for my clippers.

Got scammed today!!! is my third time in this place sharping my blades. I was so excited to find a 1 inch blade. I specifically asked one of the employees if that would work for my clippers, he knew I am a barber and he was fixing my clippers(Andis supra ) sold me the blade and went to work the next day and doesn't work. I called Edge pro and they said for me to bring it so they can take a look at it. And then I find out that I need this is special little clip inside of my clippers to make that stupid Blade Works. It would make my job three times harder. So then I ask the manager if I could just return it because it would be useless for me. I try to cut it it would not cut he said because of a little bit of hair inside the package he would not be able to refund the money the manager Has no customer service completely ignore what I was saying it's not my fault that I was told the wrong thing. I never used the blade because it would not work. I tried, and it kept ripping peoples hairs off. $80 after I'm stuck with a blade that doesn't work I'm not gonna bash the the employees because they are amazing. My problem is with the manager. I am telling all my friends that is stylist to find someone else to go for there clippers.

I took my andis zr2 to be serviced. I told the guy when I dropped them off they get stuck on. He said it could be the battery. I told him the battery is fine, holds a charge, the clippers just won't shut off if the battery is plugged in. I pick them up and I've been charged $180 for the service. $95 of the charge was a new battery. They said sometimes the problem is the battery, yet they had to replace the relay. I said once again, my battery was fine and I want it back. They have no idea where it is. It gets thrown in a bucket... offers me one out of the said bucket. Then tells me I have to let them know specifically when I drop the clippers off that I want my stuff back. $70 more and I could have bought a new pair. I told the front desk upon dropping them off, my battery is fine. The relay needed replaced. I couldn't be more clear. Instead I pay almost retail to have them refurbished. I have spare batteries. I didn't need a brand new battery. I've done business here for almost 5 years. I'd say this is where we part ways.
