I LOVE CBA Ankeny! Long story short- I slid through a stoplight last winter and thought maybe I was having some issues. I’ve always taken my car to the dealership for routine maintenance and when we moved I just tried the nearest dealership to have my brakes inspected. Was informed I needed new brakes AND rotors. I was quoted over 2 grand and before I felt comfortable spending that money I needed a second opinion. I was recommended to try CBA Ankeny and I am SO glad they were recommended to me. Free brake inspection, they were straight to the point with me, took pictures and measurements of everything, and come to find out- I didn’t even need brakes! My brakes were in tip top condition! I was astonished to say the least! They IMMEDIATELY had my business! I’ve brought my vehicle there for a replacement sensor, and an oil change/tire rotation since, and will continue to go for any service needed. They provided me with estimate prices for items that will need done eventually and that helps me out SO much! Their customer service is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone over and over again!

Exceptional service! Originally called Dewey Ford regarding an alignment issue with my windshield wipers and they quoted me $185 for diagnostics and that they will need it for 24/48 hours. Checked with Christian Brothers next and they said as long as they didn't have to do advanced diagnostics they could get me in right away. They fixed it in 20 minutes or so and said it was on the house. I definitely recommend them!

After a brief thought of replacing my vehicle, it decided to throw a temper tantrum. It began surging while driving and not providing any codes. CB was loaded with other customers and let me know that it maybe a few days until they got to it. They were a day early with their best guess on the problem. It was clearly communicated on their end that they were using detective style analysis because of my car's stubborn nature. They successfully repaired the issue, and now I know not to mention replacing her, slightly vengeful nature.

We couldn’t say enough good things about our experience. From the first phone call to pick up after service. We broke down coming through Ankeny on our way to Texas from northern Wisconsin hauling two horses. Jon was completely upfront and set expectations based on our description of what happened. After Terry inspected and diagnosed our issue they had us back on the road. Luckily it was a water pump replacement and nothing more serious.

They got me in last minute on a very busy day with my only daily driver/work truck, can't be without it or I'm not making money. Quick diagnosis and repaired dirty injectors. Had an issue with my van recently and these guys were able to find the issue and produce an estimate quickly. Due to the nature of the issue and the cost to repair i wanted to shop around. What I found out is that these guys can be trusted and I would have saved money had I just Trusted them.

I won't be returning to Christian Bros. Check engine light came on, so brought it in. Spent $1,500 in repairs and the light turned on again within 30 miles. Talked to them about it and they wanted ANOTHER $1,300-$3,000 to fix something else which was probably the root of the problem to begin with. I've lost my confidence in their work. Nice guys, but too steep $$ for me.

I was driving with my daughter on our way to Minneapolis when we encountered some car problems in Ankeny. Had the car towed to your facility and you allowed us to hang out in your establishment, luggage and all, for many hours until my husband could get there from Omaha. You had my vehicle fixed by the next day at a much lower cost than expected. I cannot thank you enough for your service and hospitality!
